I rarely eat at Wendy's anymore since they did away with the Original fries. They were the best. Who at corporate thought this was a good idea? It has been months since I have been to Wendy's and I will not go back. The cashier himself was okay. A man came up to the counter wanting fresh fries. His were cold. He was polite about it. The employee who took them and told someone else well the other employee behavior was horrible. 12:30 pm 9/2 Siler City. She was loud and yelling no way they were old, they just came up. I believe the customer. That is one thing I don't compromise on is my fries. I will gladly wait 10 minutes for fresh ones. Everyone at the counter could hear. She should not be in customer service. I first asked for a baked potato, they did not have any. I then got a taco salad. When I got home I threw it out. The lettuce was brown. I ate the chili. They gave me butter instead of sour cream. Another customer had just previously told an employee his order was to go. He was clear, that order right there. Well guess what, they presented it to him on a tray. And, y'all pay attention, the sanitation rating was 93!!! This place is horrilbe. Corporate if you read this, shut this Wendy's down!! Edited to add some of the below reviews are , just wow more than mine. Employees kissing, so who knows what else, employees ignoring the drive thru, and laugh at you, you call to complain and get laughed at and hung up on, wow. I think I will write corporate a letter about this Wendy's!!

We stopped on a road trip at this Wendy’s. Instead of placing a bunch of orders from the drive thru we decided to go inside. That quickly went left. One of the employees came to the register and began to rush the ordering process because she needed to use the restroom. After stating my order specifying which type of 4 for 4 meal I wanted she rang me up for two additional items. When I tried to use a Wendy’s app coupon she said “those haven’t worked here since we reopened”. I shipped my card before realizing she rang me up for extra items and asked for a refund. She walked off from the register. I did get my refund and then advised the rest of our group not to bother coming in to order. While they ordered in the drive thru I was given the food I had tried to order and the employee apologized. But for me honestly it was the way she spoke to me as a customer that was most off putting. The tone she had was nasty and the attitude she gave off was that I was holding her up and causing her problems. The only positive thing from this visit was that the fries were FRESH. Other than that, retrain your employees on customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE!! first red flag was when we pulled up several employees were smoking outside. I went inside to order and the employees were obviously high. They did not get a single thing right. I ordered a burger with no mayo or cheese, they forgot if they actually made it so had to take it out of the bag and open it to see if it was mine. They still didn’t know and accidentally made 2 so they gave me both and they were both wrong. I also ordered a salad with vinaigrette instead of ranch and spicy nuggets. Unsurprisingly, my salad came with ranch and the nuggets weren’t spicy. My fries were freezing and tasted acidic. The employees were shouting and cussing and were laughing at us. The drink machine was broken but the guy was confused when we told him what drinks we wanted. We just walked over to Smithfield’s instead.

Took 40 minutes to get through the drive through. The screen where you order had an item being advertised that this Wendy’s doesn’t even carry. The chicken sandwich I received was rubbery in texture and hard to bite into, and the chicken ranch wraps were falling apart and seemed like no one wrapped them. The lady giving me my order didn’t speak whatsoever, and I spent 10 minutes at the window waiting for my food while the workers (4 that I could see) sat there on their phones not doing anything while there was a LONG line of cars behind me.

My first ever review of a restaurant!! 3rd trip to this location. 1st 2 trips the employees were all standing outside smoking and told us the dining room was closed. No one taking orders in the drive-thru either. 3rd trip, waited at the drive-thru window over 15 minutes after placing order. No other cars in front or behind us. After going inside to inquire, I witnessed 7 employees doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except laughing at me and refusing to answer any questions.

Worse drive thru I have ever been too, first the intercom did not work and there was no sign saying it was off, pulled around to the window where multiple employees walked by laughed and never opened it. Not sure why they had 5 employees working if they was closed. Absolutely No signs on windows or doors saying anything. Called the store got laughed at and hung up on.

Drive thru only? Why? It’s Saturday on summer at 7:30pm. Young girl with red hair as a manager, taking her sweet time outside with some friends at parking while smoking. Meanwhile, customers at line waiting to be serving. I wrote this while I wait to be serve at drive thru, 7:30 to 7:52 waiting for somebody talked to me. The employee to talked was so rude, and then my food was wrong. Four crispy chicken blt with no bacon and no cheese. Dear manager: Bethany, If you don't command respect from customers, your employees won't either and treat us the way they do. How it’s possible that Wendys get employees like them? Worst experience ever. Please don’t come here. Don’t waste your time and money.

This Wendy's has gone down hill fast. Totally messed up my order. Order sweet tea get unsweetened tea. Ordered Jr bacon cheeseburger got a Jr bacon chicken burger. Have waited 30 minutes in the drive thru after we ordered. Totally unacceptable. Try it you dare.
