Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Sherwood

WORST drive thru experience ever! The dining area was closed (we saw people trying to get in but the door was locked). We put it down to possible short staff, but it took almost 30 minutes (with 2 cars in front of us), to get through to even order. By the time we got to the window to pay, it looked like the manager was attempting to do all the other workers jobs (or correct their errors) and the employees were very surly. One burger had enough ketchup for 3 burgers while the other burger had, literally, just a dot, of mustard on it and the fries were freezer burned and limp.

We wish they would put it on their sign that the Lobby was closed so we wouldn’t park and try to come in. We went through the drive which was pretty long and our meal was good.

Fast, fresh, reliable meals. Inside is a little sticky on the floors / carpet but tables were clean. Not the friendliest staff but not rude also. I’d come back if in the area again.

Slow service. 10 minute wait for a burger and fries. Also the fries were cold and only filled up half the cup. The sandwich was drowned in sauce and honestly tasted disgusting. The workers although not rude, they definitely need to work on what makes good fast food service and a comfortable atmosphere. Probably the worst wendys I've been too. Avoid.

I will never understand how this location is still in business. For the 3rd visit, floor was so sticky I could barely lift my feet. Greeted with WHACHU WANT with the least amount of caring possible. Sprite was out so I asked to get it from the counter. Girl filled it less than half full. Service is always deplorable. Fries were stone cold.

Slow service took 20 minutes (waiting in line ) to place order and another 17 minutes (from time I placed order and pulled to window) almost 40 full minutes to place order. Customer service non existent and they still got my order wrong after I had got home. Very disappointed Might've been better some place elsewhere.

I’ve lived in Sherwood for years and this Wendy’s location is the worst in the state. Drive through takes on average 30 minutes to get your order in. They close the dining room every chance they get. 2 pm on a Sunday and the dining room is closed? If there’s a line you are better off going elsewhere if you value your time. This location needs to hire a whole need staff and management. Worst Wendy’s location in Arkansas hands down.

Stood in line for 30 minutes with 5 people in front of me waiting to order and about the same amount of people waiting for their food. I just left and decided not to ever come back. Last time I was here it was over 45 minutes just to place an order and I was the only one in line. Worst employees I've seen working in a long time, the lady at the counter asked if anyone placed a mobile order and then just walked off.
