Ordered at Weston Wendy's drive through, given no receipt. Waited as asked, received the order then went to my office. Unwrapped the classic egg sandwich and it looks like it was made for someone else as there are biscuits parts all over the top of the egg, cheese and bacon. Now I am leary of it as I don't know if it was someone else's return order so I threw it away.

I thought the new fries are supposed to better. Or is it possibly the awful employees they hire. Or possibly the owner who should be there on a daily basis to make sure the workers aren’t slacking. Look at this blob of fries. Translucent and shiny with no color. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Like the other reviewers it’s a love hate with this specific Wendy’s.

Wow, what an amazing location, the manager here DeMarco is hands down one of the most kind and customer oriented employees I have ever met. He greeted my wife and I with an amazing smile and struck up an amazing conversation. I am from Ohio and met Dave Thomas while he was working at his Dublin location, and Demarco and the rest of the employees here embody what Wendy's is famous for. 10 stars out of 5!!!!

Manager got into a fight with customer who came in to ask for the rest of his food or money back. Manager smacked the customer's half order and sent the half eaten food flying.

There's always new stuff being added to the menu. Customer service is always great! If they mess up, they fix it & give you a free frosty. I'm so sad they don't have a Wendy's in my town anymore.

Can the employees even read here? This is what I ordered vs what I received. I should clarify that I had no issues with the Eat Street delivery at all and I was fully refunded, but just be careful when ordering here- especially online.

Pros: Food was what I would expect from a Wendy's. The bathroom was clean Cons: Place looks like it is falling apart. Just in the customer area there were obvious tiles coming off. I actually subconsciously didn't look I'm the back because i wasn't sure what i would see. I could tell from my five minutes in the restaurant there was zero cohesion in the staff. I heard excuses about a door being open, the line cook didn't pay attention to the cashier... The floor in front of the register was so sticky, hard to imagine the last time it was cleaned Overall, the staff needs to get their act together and the owner needs to put some money in the upkeep of the building if they want more customers.

Worst customer service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. Wouldn’t/couldn’t make a salad without cheese. Huh? I’ve never had that happen at a Wendy’s. Only a couple employees seemed to have any customer service skills - and they weren’t the person at the register or the manager. Thanks to the guy who kept asking me what I wanted and checking in with me. He deserves to be promoted!
