Always the service here is so bad, They wont allow mobile orders because they dont know how to use the system. Also today they closed dine In even though mobile ordering allowed me to Dine in. Everyone walk to the door and realize they closed and coming to drive through. If you are Short staffed just close the Restaurant or at least keep a notice out side door that Dine in is closed.

Order a couple of the Baconator combos, didn't get a Baconator. Guy insisted it was correct. Never had a problem before, but after what I was charged for this I probably won't be back.

WORST service ever. I ordered online to pick up in the restraint. I get there and the door is locked. I called and she said "ya go to the drive through". So I went to the drive thru window and a guy asked me if I was the mobile order I said yes. Then she handed me the wrong order with a water. I said " im sorry this is not my order". She then proceeded to list off the items on the receipt and I still told her that's not my order. She then again asked if I was Devin. I said no. She then proceeded to tell me that they don't have my order. I showed her my receipt. She got upset with me because she couldn't find my order. Another nice lady found my order and made it for me. The first lady then just told me to pull forward it'll be a while. A man then brought me my order and said "here". I have never experienced such a meaner group of people. Never going back

I stopped here after a doctor's appointment. I was going for groceries before heading home and didn't want to be hungry. I usually like Wendy's as a fast food restaurant but not today. It was a cold day but when I walked in I was hit with a blast of cold air. They had the air conditioning on! It was like stepping into a freezer. I was waited on promptly but there was loud and continuous banter among the staff, counter and cooking staff. When a previous employee came in, you would have thought he was a celebrity! He actually seemed embarrassed and answered in a way that clearly communicated, "Stop!." Ok, so for the food. The price was great and the ingredients fresh but everything was cold. I just wanted to be done so I ate quickly and gratefully returned to my car and turned the heat on. I won't eat here again.

Came to this Wendy's in Scarborough on the 24th of March and ordered a Dave's double ($9.99) picked up the order and it was $11.+. Even asked why such a large drink. Now on the 31st of March I ordered the same meal and was charged the $11+ So I asked why and she told me that's what I ordered. I told her I never ordered the med meal but argued that I did. Then went on to say that they will not miss my business. I think this so called Mgr is over her head and very rude. Besides that she gave me 2 medium fries on the first visit.

This place is always quick, accurate and quality is consistent! Jalapeños on my burger? Yes please! Update: They're still doing good. Food quality is consistent, tiny bit slow service for fast-food but still quick and better food than the Golden arches down the road (sorry Mc Donald's, you're still a favorite though). Overall, Wendy's is killing it. Sometimes not open after 730-8pm. Seems to be staffing problems. Hiring sign is up.

The slowest service I have ever experienced at a "fast food" restaurant. It took almost 40 minutes to get two kids meals and a couple of burgers. Once the food was finally ready it was mediocre at best. It seemed like only three people were running the place on a Friday evening, and plenty of other patrons were getting frustrated with the wait times too. Won't bother going back any time soon.

They got our order wrong, but they were very nice about correcting it. Edited to add that they got my order wrong again the next time I went back. I ordered a grilled chicken and got something with bacon, cheese, and chicken. This was the third strike. (The first strike was finding short gray hair in my salad.)
