Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Sand Springs

31/ 5/ 2022 i went Wendy to pick up to hamburger. On the way to come home. I ate and recheck in my food and realized that have the fly inside my food. I came back Wendy immediately in 10 mins to solve it and want to refund my money .The staffs of Wendy accept this is their fault but they cant solve or refund . They told me to come there again to meet their mananger. On 1/6/2022 i came there again and the manager was not there and they continue to suggest me to came back the other days. I came there 3 times and no one solve to me. I tried to call in Wendy website to complain and report it but no one answer me . I also send the message include the phone number and the email to customer service but after 2 weeks . NO ONE call me or feedback to me. They was lost the potencial clients like me and my friends. I never ate anything from Wendy anymore. Bad Service and dont have any responsibility

Been going there for 20 years, food has always been consistent. Would be nice if the franchise added to the menu. Best chicken sandwiches without a doubt. First time with the Taco salad. It is filling. Tastes like they put their chili on it.

This this was the greeting I got at the drive-thru window when I pulled up to which I set 15 minutes before the gentleman that you see the back of gets my bag what it up at the top and tells me to have a good night and shuts the window absolutely no customer service here.

I was on a 12 hour drive back from a thanksgiving vacation with my family and we all decided we wanted burgers from Wendy’s. We exited in Sand Springs and pulled into Wendy’s. When we ordered, the guy taking our order waited until after we ordered to tell us the card reader has been broken and they are cash only. Not only that, he also was very quiet and never said anything when he came up to the register. We had to awkwardly start ordering. Our food came out in a decent 4-5 minutes. One more issue though, one of our burgers was cooked rare and was the bloodiest red you can think of on a burger in the center. The other burger was just fine, not sure how that happened. Hope to see the establishment improve and learn from this.

Been to a lot of Wendy's, one of the better fast food chains imo. This one was sub par. Carpet is coming apart and a tripping hazard, tile floors covered in grease and you can actually slide around on them, restrooms are gross, overall everything is dirty. Guy at the front counter grabs our cups with his fingers inside the cup. Could use some training in hygiene. I wouldn't go back.

Ordered dine in but quickly changed my mind due to dirty tables and overall disgusting dining area. Got 2 sandwiches that were cold, sent back only to get 2 more sandwiches that I discovered were also cold once I left. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, felt like they were closing any day and hopefully so. If there was a 0 star option that’d be more fitting

Food and service weren't bad, but not exceptional either. The fries were fresh and hot so that was a big plus. The building could use a few updates, like paint touch ups and such. Good place for a quick bite.

I understand eating here if you are on an extreme budget but it is much better to take care of your body and not eat this illegitimate excuse for food. Fast food = cancer. Any money that you save by eating at places like this will only be spent on Health Care later. Get wise America. A few dollars saved means nothing if you are sick or dead.
