I have been going here for the last year. Never had a problem, foods always been hot and never a problem. The last 2 weeks my order was wrong 6 times they got my order wrong. They said they refunded the money on one order and i never got it back. Had to pay twice. My husband get breakfast here to every morning too. His was the wrong order yesterday. I don't know what happened, but we will be finding a different place to get breakfast until this one is fixed. There cold coffee has also went down and I no longer won't to order it. Food has also been hard lately on there chicken biscuits.

Stopped here on my way back to Tennessee just to grab a quick bite for myself and my dogs. Pulled up to the order box, they greeted me, I told them what I wanted, and the woman told me that they're not serving I asked what she meant, but she never answered me again. ***EDIT***. I drove back by them on my way to interstate about 10 minutes later, after going up to Arby's. They were still in fact serving people coming through the drive-thru.

The staff always seems to have an attitude and acts like they never want to work, and they always get something wrong with my order, be it missing sauces,wrong drink ,no straws/napkins. Never fails

I Ordered 6 sandwiches, several fries and a chicken nugget and a Dr Pepper. I pull up to the window and am handed a sprite one burger and one fry. I say this is not my order. The girl says to a guy that means that guy took her order. I sit there for ten minutes, I’m assuming while they redo my order. They hand me several bags and I proceed to look through them to see if it is correct. I can tell I’m missing a fry and a sandwich. They just look at me and I have to unwrap all the sandwiches to see what I am missed while the girl rolls her eyes at me. I said I’m sorry but I’m not leaving til I get what I paid for. I then say what I am missing and they ask for the bags back. Tiffany comes over and starts reading my order and I grab my receipt to follow along. She snaps at me and says I have your order here on the screen. I said yes that’s right but I’m missing a sandwich and a fry. She says I have the fry here and your sandwich was in the bag with the nuggets. I said no the only thing in that bag was the nuggets. She said I know it was in there cause I made the order. I said no it wasn’t and she walked away. I asked the two employees her name and the reluctantly said Tiffany. I said I would be calling her manager on her she was rude and had no business working in customer service Update January 5,2023 almost 4 weeks later after filing complaint a get a phone call back. I didn’t answer cause it came up an Ohio number. I listened to the voicemail and called back when I realized it was Wendy’s. I was put on hold for ten minutes then hung up. Ridiculous!!!

5 pm on a Saturday (2023-04-29) and the restaurant was spotless, the employees friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Great experience.

Worst experience ever. Constantly getting orders wrong. Ordered thru app, but unlike other fast food apps, like McDonald’s, they start making your food immediately. So today I was handed food that was over an hour old. This wasn’t the first time and corporate said it was my fault for not placing my order after I’m already there. If you’re a restaurant manager, would you hand someone food over an hour old? Fast food at that. They said they would continue making app orders as they come in but you “can request they remake it”. So, it’s up to the customers to figure out if their food is a bag of diarrhea, not the people who know you’re food is too old to be edible. No thank you.

Little amazed that when we asked for some more marinara sauce we found out it would be a dollar for a cup about the size of the ketchup containers. No thanks. Next time we will bring our own jar from the store
