The cashier was working very hard. Multitasking times five. When I noticed how busy she was, I made it a point to ask another employer for the catsup that I wanted. He had just returned from the dining area and gone back inside the work area behind the cash register. When I asked him, he simply told the busy, hardworking employee whom I was trying to bypass out of respect for her busy nature to do it. I would assume that he was the acting manager on duty. It really bothered me that he did that. If I could only rate the other employee that I encountered, I would've given a complete five-star rating.

Seemed like the burger was already made before I got there. They just put the toppings on that I ordered. The fries smelled like they were cooked in oil that had been used for the past week! You can smell that on food when they use the oil too long. The fries were way over cooked! I just left them there!

It's on the way home. So once every 2 weeks I'll stop & get the " 5 Dollar Biggie Bag " drive thru. Hey for $5 its hot, fresh, & tasty. I recommend getting the Ghost Pepper & Barbecue sauces. Then double dip. It helps the $5 flavor. It's edible no complaints when that's all you've got in your pocket. Good Job Wendy's

As always, went and got the Apple Pecan Salad with Ranch Dressing instead of the Balsamic Pomegranate Vinegar dressing that it came with. The apples were a little tart, but crunchy; the lettuce was also crunchy; the blue cheese was smooth; the carmelized pecans were sweet & tasty; dried cranberries were sweet and the chicken was moistened. All in all, it was a great salad. Update: 07/26/2023 I basically ordered the same meal today. Same results as above.

Got a whole crew of people working the drive through but 1 person trying to handle a line of customers to the door. Finally gave up after 10 mins of standing in line. Definitely won’t be back here again.

I really do appreciate the workers there they are very friendly and they've been very good about getting the order correct and not taking too long with the whole process.

Fast food drive thru is supposed to be that. Got breakfast for me and co workers. So 5 meals and took forever and they asked me to park on street to wait. 10 minutes later and all the drive thru cleared my food came.

I gotta go back for the chilli....1st time in my 30+years that I could smell the chili thru the drive-thru window and it smelled AMAZING!!! My baked potato was on point, not dry at all!!!
