Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Port Huron

The Drive thru cashier was exceptionally friendly as well as the gentleman who made my food. They made it fresh and asked if I kind waiting. Absolutely no problem waiting for something fresh especially when you are trying something different. The Ghost Pepper Chicken Ranch and Ghost Pepper fries were perfect. Friendly, Personable and Serving Absolutely Fresh Food. I will definitely return to this Wendy's!

Just seems to be getting slower service through the drive-through systems. Have not had anything wrong with food it just takes too long for us to be able to get through there when in a hurry to go someplace. Update in July This is still the slowest drive-through I have even been in. It takes so long for someone to acknowledge you are at the speaker and then take your order. From there to getting your food is too long to consider this "fast" food. I am about to never come to this one / Wendy's again.

To start we had waited over an hour to receive our food. Even while people who had ordered after us were receiving their food, we decide to be patient. We stood at the counter for the majority of our time. No one had checked up on us. After a while I decided to speak up to the manager on duty Perry. I had asked him if our food would be ready anytime soon. I was greeted with the response of "I didn't even know you had an order". That doesn't make sense to me because why would a customer be standing at the counter for over an hour if they didn't have an order that they were coming to pick up, nonetheless, he had attempted to remedy the situation by telling his associates to get the order out pronto. While he gave them the order for our sandwiches he neglected to acknowledge the rest of our order. We had to ask to get it corrected 3 separate times each of which we were treated as if the entire thing was our mistake. This entire situation felt as if it could've been avoided. If I were a leader at this location I would reassess my management team, on several different occasions I heard Perry mentioning how all of the things they were going wrong were not his responsibility. Thank you for your time.

Ordered a taco salad and did not receive the chili. The tortilla chip bag was open at the bottom, the chips were very stale. Did not receive a jr. Bacon cheeseburger either. The drive-thru person was distracted and I wish I'd checked all bags! Terrible dinner for the $$.

Good location coming across border from Canada. Lots of parking clean inside and outside. Server advised on deal of the day. Hamburger was barley even warm. Salad was good. Lemonade good. Pricing expensive

I love Wendy's nacho burger. It is a big hit for us. It is a regular burger with macho chips and spices in it. The ghost pepper fries are to die for :). The lady who served us worked so fast and efficient. I would go back for sure.

Workers were arguing and yelling in the kitchen. The counter person could not locate a double burger on the screen and turned it around for us to find ourselves. They seemed to be new with no support from the other arguing staff. Also, no garbage cans anywhere around the building.

Would not recommend! Staff was very unfriendly! I also have never understood why restaurants serve breakfast until 10:30 yet when you show up they tell you that only lunch is available… guess it’s off to spend our money elsewhere
