This Wendy's location was beautiful on the outside but, totally unclean on the inside! Countertops on the soda station looks like it hadn't been cleaned all day! I could see the Front Line from the Cash register and it looked filthy as well.😞 I pray over my food hoping the preparation area is not as bad as the Lobby.
This was a good Wendy's the food was fresh and tasted great. Only problem was they forgot my husband's chicken sandwich and we had to argue with them to prove that we were indeed charged for it. After we had them ring up the order again and realized that it was their mistake it was fixed. If we hadn't known basic math though we'd have ended up paying twice so watch out for that when you go. But the food was good and I'd go back
I have learned a lesson today don’t go off of someone else’s review. Reason being my order was high, fresh and good by the way I order through DoorDash.
In Pine Bluff AR. It took 45 minutes to get from the order box to get my order to leave. Employees walking around on their phone. Waited 23 minutes at the window just to get fries that were cold and look like they were from the day before. Hamburger was nasty and uneatable. I will NEVER darken that doorway again. To bad Hardies across the street burned down. The lack of care and the will to take care of the customer is not there. I would say a staff change and retrain is in order, but even that I don't think would help. I give it 2 thumbs 👎👎 down.
Food was good but the girl at the window got an attitude when I asked for a receipt.
Served me raw meat told me to come back then act like they did t care or remember! No more $ for you guys from me!
The fries were not salted, and the burger was bland, and the employee was impatient. All in all I give it a meh...
Pulled up to the parking lot about to go into the lobby and the worker tells me that lobby is closed, order through drive through. Ok cool I get it. So I pull to the drive through and they tell me they don’t have anything. What is wrong with this town!?
