Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Percival

This particular store is terrible. They're never open when they're supposed to be and they don't answer their phone. Why do I even bother trying to come to this location? It's trash.

Pulled up to the speaker and had no one say anything for 5 minutes. Then when I ordered a number 10 and asked for it grilled the response was “we don’t have that” okay… do you not have the number 10 or you can’t do it grilled? “Grilled” we then ordered 2 6 piece chicken nuggets and sat in radio silence for a couple of minutes before we asked if we should pull around. “Yeah” when we got to the first window, they didn’t even have all of our order so we had to repeat everything. At the second window we were handed our food without a single word said and looked inside to see that it was missing a 6 piece chicken nugget. When my husband went in to get the missing 6 piece he was met with “oh sh**” when he said it was missing. Pretty sure their location is the only reason they’re still in business. It definitely isn’t their wonderful customer service!

I had the strawberry grilled chicken salad. I liked it. I find it odd that they can have a grilled chicken salad but they can't have a grilled chicken sandwich. Recently I had a ghost pepper breaded chicken sandwich. I liked it. It was a little hotter than the spicy chicken sandwich.

Place was clean and stocked. Love the soda pop kiosk!!!! LOVE THE SELECTION AVAILABLE.!!! Enjoyed our meal with family. This is our stop when traveling to Nebraska from the KC area.

Dining area and entrance were not as clean as a restaurant should be. Food was hot. Service seemed like a task for the employees who were very concentrated on the drive thru.

We stopped and was able to eat in the dining room while we ate our chicken nuggets I could see into the kitchen and watched the help eat fries out of the warmer no gloves and watched them eat nuggets no gloves on watched them throw a jacket around and it landed on the food line A young girl worker was walking all around in the kitchen with her long hair hanging in her face no hat on the gloves she had on she had picked up dirty trays with then she touched the food made me decide I will never eat there again

The staff was young and nervous but managing equipment problems the best they could. The cooks were great BEST chicken sandwich I've had at a Wendy's. Hang in there guys, the food was worth it!

This place wouldn't survive if they weren't on a busy highway. No greeting and two rude replies from the worker and me and the car behind us left. I hope the franchise owner knows they are losing money.
