Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Pearl City

My experience at this Wendy's was amazing! I got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe, and a medium fry. The food was amazing! The cheeseburger had a bit too much ketchup for my liking, but it was great nonetheless. The chicken sandwich was phenomenal and the fries were possibly the best Wendy's fries I've ever had. The staff was super friendly! My only complaints would be that the water in the drink fountain wouldn't work and the ketchup in both dispensers was empty. Maybe they put it all on my burger. Amazing job, Pearl City Wendy's!

Nice location in Pearl City near shopping and residential areas. Close to Whole Foods and Sam's Club. This is a spacious location with a large parking lot and a nice drive-through. Interior seating was very spacious and well kept. Food was prepared and ready quickly. Staff was helpful and courteous as well. We will be back of we are in the neighborhood.

Well, this location was a very trying experience (Pearl City, HI). Wendy's restaurant all in all are 90 - 95 positive. They are a decent fast food operation, with tasty food. Great menu selection, mobile app always has special discounts and promotions and employees are well rounded. So, even though this particular visit was a 1 star experience, gonna chalk it up to bad "weekend-evening" management. Used the mobile app, order place and paid for 15 minutes prior to my arrival for pick-up. Stood at the counter for 12 minutes before anyone greeted or asked me to hold on, as all staff (Crew of 6) ignored me at "pick-up" counter. Other waiting guest at the "order" counter got the same treatment. I finally blurted out, "hi" ... I'm here for my mobile order. Young gentleman, slowly acknowledged me and said, "need to make these drinks 1st" and turned away. 5 minutes later (he took care of guest at order counter (this is 17-18 minutes later, while standing right in the front position). At the 22 min mark, he final put my order together and slide it out to me, just to find out ... it wasn't my order, but for the drive thru. During that time,, only myself, 1 couple and 1 other individual standing there for a 30 solid minutes ... no exaggeration! When I did received my order, bag was ripping because, the chili lid wasn't closed. Needless to say, I wasn't about to wait and have him change the bag. Got home 10 minutes later and food was cold. I guess we were really hungry, because we ate it all and still enjoyed the food cold. So, here's 3 stars, because Wendy's has mostly been a decent quick meal ... just not this time.

I went during breakfast but was able to order lunch as long as I was willing to wait. Food was fresh but I think I just wanted something else and only went there out of convenience.

So tried the pumpkin spice frosty that was good. But ordered sour cream potatoes 🥔 and got no sour cream or condiments for it. So that was the only disappointment

This place used to be awesome. This place is the worst. Food doesn't taste good. French fries and chicken nuggets taste like they were cooked in old oil and to top it off ...... their frosty machine was out of order.

Was not given my receipt. . Manager on duty Liz. Fish sandwich solid as rock. Spicy chicken no pickles and Dave's single was 2 other sandwiches. Messy wrapping. You can tell they took no pride

Food is great 👍, the only thing is when you order a sandwich the inside is hot but the bun is cold? The same manager that services me. Always gets my order wrong... it's like she only hear's what you say last. I just don't get it. It's happened more then once.......... it's just to 🤣 funny
