Sat for 10 min nutes with no one ahead of me 5 cars behind. Window person kept saying to wait a minute. Spicy chicken was overcooked like a piece of leather. Will never go to Wendy's again.
Food was typical and so was service. The concern with this location was the amount of black mold growing on the ceiling. The ceiling was dripping, tiles were wet, and there was fuzzy black all over. I’m the bathroom, toilet paper was out, and on the rail was toilet paper that looked like was once in a puddle. Discolored and black. Multiple health risks were blatantly ignored at this location.
My visit was super frustrating had to wait for chicken nuggets. Which is normally great but not when the rest of my order is not even warm anymore. There was one employee who seemed to be the only one on top of the ball she delivered half my food unknowing that they never gave me the rest of my order she was very prompt and quick to make my order right and she seemed to be one of the only ones who knew what was going on in the restaurant. Her name was Haven and if it weren't for her I would have given this rating one star since I can't give a no star rating. In my opinion they need to hire more Havens. It would bring the quality of this restaurant up significantly. Sad because how expensive this restaurant like all others have become the quality has continuously gone down hill but yet the prices seem to spike more and more more often then what is respectably expected..... It don't make any sense how a business can hike up prices as the quality and service downgrade so significantly. Quite sad how acceptable America has become to allow such lack of standards to then charge more for such lack is beyond me. Sad beyond sad. But shout-out to this Haven lady she truly is a diamond in the rough.
The young kid working was very polite. My food was hot and fresh. Loved my strawberry frosty!
I always love Wendy’s food and the interior is nice. Staff was arguing in front of customers and cutting people off. It took at least 5 minutes to make my order to two different people who were not pleasant to my party or each other. Bummer.
Our hamburgers were cold, old. The buns not toasted but hard and crumbly. French fries not even Luke warm, as were the nasty chicken nuggets. Took our meals back up to the register (Only 2 other customers in the store) Told them we wanted our money refunded. They said sorry, said they would put my refund on the debit card I used. They charged my card $15.64, no refund yet. Got charged for the inedible food they served
They "Forgot" to cook half my order then made me wait for 22minutes in the parking lot just for the crew to have the absolute WORST attitude. I genuinely don't want to eat this food now because after seeing how things are run and managed I already smell the food poisoning... Is there a negative star option??
We stopped just now. It took 30 minutes to get our order and they had to ask me again after we paid for it what we ordered. The one guy who I assume is the only person cooking the manager was working the drive threw, the only person cooking constantly complaining about not having enough employees to lock the door and just do the drive through. I ask for manager and the kid running counter said she on the drive threw. The food we got was so cold we decide to leave for fear of something really bad happening. As we left the inside was filling up with customers. Never ever will we stop here. April 22nd 2023
