I took one star off service because they don't do a very good job of calling out customers' names when their order is ready. In fact, they had to remake our order because someone else picked it up and got a free meal because I wasn't standing at the counter waiting for them to hand me my order. Also, there is no trash can in the bathroom to put the paper towels in. Otherwise, I am pleased with everything about this location. The restaurant is clean and the food is up to Wendy's standards.
Doubt illl be paying for food at this location anytime soon. Ordered a 4 piece kids meal for my nephew who just got home from school only to receive 2 nuggets and 2 individual french fries in a carton among other items missing. Currently waiting on a refund since someone's mobile order somehow got credited to my card. I understand that you get what you pay for in the fast food industry but this is just downright sad
The really need to get their messed up attitude together because I’ve left out the line before because of their attitudes. Went there today the same thing. Y’all need new employees that are going to work without the attitude. Just know I want be back. Girl at the window handing the food with a very messed up attitude. Never addressed me as a customer and never once spoke to me just handed me my food. I looked at her like to say really but if my twins wasn’t hungry and didn’t eat at school I would have never accepted it. I would have asked for my money back but I want be back. I said I’ll try Wendy’s again but I want y’all can keep the food and attitude. Y’all need us as customers we don’t need YALL. Remember that!!!!!!!!!
We had a big order and when we pulled up to the window they said how much our order was started laughing amongst themselves then asked us to park and wait. We waited 20 minutes and weren’t given any utensils, the burgers we did get were sloppy. The sweat tea wasn’t sweat and 2 chicken burgers were missing and we weren’t told to wait for because they had more bags or anything. I’m highly disappointed like just do your job correctly and mind your buisness about what your customers order. Just don’t go past 10 and expect your bottom bun not to be caked over in whatever sauce comes with it.
Management was sad as well as food prep workers. Never got my chicken sandwich!!! Order my grilled chicken burger at 1:09pm check out time on Saturday March 11, 2023. After watching and waiting for 15 minutes still my order had not appeared. I asked if they forgot. Cashier said no he is making it now. After another 7 minutes I asked to speak to manager. No one came. After another 10 minutes asked to speak to manager or get a refund if no burger. After asking for a third time to speak to management finally a lady came and offered a refund or a hamburger instead. Stated chicken takes longer to cook. What I had been there 28 minutes. I know chicken only takes 15 minutes to cook. They definitely need new management and new staff. Only cashier apologized for the inconvenience. WOW. Also wanted to mention they were out of potatoes and a lot of drink options! Put my X on Opelousas Wendy’s. For rest of my life!!!
They didn't give us straws and ignored us when we asked for them. They also didn't salt the fries. Staff seems more concerned with keeping their service time low.
Food was terrible tonight. Fries were cold and hard. The burger was the worse I have ever gotten from any Wendy's.
Stopped in for a quick bite Sunday 3/19/2023 afternoon. It was a good choice. Burgers were very great and the lady at the register was very friendly and helpful.
