I didn’t think that I could ever have food this bad. The fries tasted like they were freeze dried, freezer burned, day old, bottom of the pan, space food. It was obvious they were burned to a dry and brittle mess. We went there after viewing the ad that boasts about their great fries. Epic fail! Just say no… check before you leave that you didn’t get the scraps off the bottom of the bin. I called the number on the receipt and it’s not working.. you might want to look into a flippy robot…perfect every time🤓🤖
Placed a mobile drive thru order last night. When I arrived to pick it up the line was pretty long, but it moved fairly quickly and I was able to get my food in a decent amount of time. Not only that, my food was fresh and made perfectly...they even remembered my extra sauce! Super great experience, definitely recommend!!!
So I went through the drive-through, I believe it was around 0030 hours on the 12th of April. I'm reading the sign, and they had the 2 for $6 for spicy chicken sandwiches posted above the $4 biggie bags. I'm not gonna lie, I was gonna destroy both sandwiches. So I ordered two spicy sandwiches and I also ordered a medium fry. They tell me to pull around, and the guy says the total is $14 . I said I ordered the 2 for $6 and a medium fry. He said they aren't doing that special. I advised him that it was posted on the sign. He said sorry. So, I canceled my order and drove off. I didn't yell or was disrespectful. He was just following orders, I'm sure. He was nice so I'm not upset. But beware of the specials posted because they may not honor it. Otherwise, when I used to go there, the food was good. But I can't rate this high.

This place should be shut down. There’s black mold all over the leaking ceiling, and the whole place smells funky. The girl taking our order was nice though, and the food wasn’t bad.
5 stars just for the customer service. We came through the drive through on Wednesday the 19th of April and wow were they pleasant. I used to own franchises and actually worked at Wendy’s in Tennessee and I almost wanted to recruit the whole team and send them to my old manager lol. Thank you team it is pleasant to see great customer service these days especially in good service. Keep it up. The food was nice and hot as well.
Most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve been in. The food came up with soggy buns, the fries were not hot and the person taking orders was jabber jawing with friends who were placing orders in a tone and vernacular that is definitely inappropriate for a business interacting with the public. Very sour impression about Wendy’s at this location.
Everything was nice and clean the food was fresh and hot and tasty. The staff were very polite and professional made me feel a little more than just a number.
