This place is a rarity these days, the food order is always correct, the Drive-Thru is quick and the employees are pleasant and friendly. And how many other place can you get a last minute quick lunch for just $5?

I have never seen customer service so bad. I was the only one there and no one was making my order. Then when asked they went to the burger station and pulled a burger off the shelf, took it out of the wrapper and re-wrapped it then put it in my bag. I asked why and 3 if them came up front and were angry that I asked. I was asking because the burger was already there and was handled at least twice. My guess is it was retured because it wasnt rught and they just kept it for the next person. The girl that took the order spewed nastiness and hate towards me. Appears to be no person in charge. My last trip. They won't survive level of incompetence for long.

I ordered online today. When I scheduled my pick up,my total was $26 and some change. When my co worker went and pick up my order what should have been 2 bags of food and 2 drinks turned into 4 bags and 4 drinks and I was charged $39. I don't know how this happened but I will not be using the app again to order. My food was fresh and I've never experienced an issue with this location before today.

Ordered take out, only one out of the three orders were correct. Totally left out the burger on one order.Never got off the cell phone. I thought she was talking to me. Acted like I was interrupting her, when I asked her what she said. Don’t bother. Apparently their cell phone is more important than their customers.

Had a good experience. Food was hot and fresh. The employees were friendly. But the best thing is, we were able to dine in. Automatic 5 stars right there.

Staff here is helpful, friendly and super fast! Our order came out, fresh, and everything was right with our order.

I've had more than two bad experiences with this horrible place. After calling back on my last trip and explaining what happened with my receipt, the manager was more concerned that I was going to get something for free. All I wanted was what I paid for. I explained to the nasty lady that they could keep the hamburger and that I WILL NOT BE BACK. That's a promise! Seems to me that she doesn't understand that some people have good paying jobs and isn't looking for a free burger. Especially A WENDY'S BURGER! If I could, I wouldn't give any stars bc this restaurant is by far the worst at exit 5.

Drive thru was very slow! And the Mgrs..at the drive thru forgot my drink twice! And the lady wanted to get defensive when I asked for a straw..because my 2nd order back through the drive was for a nugget and my drink from the 1st order! She said well you only have a nugget... Very uncalled for....
