One of the worst experiences ever first off it took forever to get our order taken. Once the lady finally came to the speaker she was rude. She took my order, and I proceeded to come to the first window when I got to the window nobody was there I sat and waited for a couple minutes nobody came, so I drove to the second window, the guy I think he was a manager. He was real nice and told me it would be a minute for my order. The lady came to the second window with an attitude and asked me could I back up? I said what I have to back up for and she was like you didn’t pay for your order I said when I pulled up you wasn’t there why should I have to back up and she stated you can only get your food if you back up, very rude. The manager was right there the whole time if this how he lets the employees treat the customers it is very unprofessional of him. I proceeded to back up when she took my money and slammed the window in my face. Never gave me a receipt or anything. I pull back up to the second window the short manager he was still nice, but if you don’t want to be at work stop applying to these people jobs!!!!

Service decent, my sandwich was kind of cold and had a weird taste. Fries were on the cold side. BBQ sauce has changed and made the nuggets taste weird. The coke was on point as well as the Dr pepper

Very rude lady at this location!!!! Rolling her eyes, smacking her lips!!!! I even had to let her know that her attitude is written all over her face!! Leave your problems at home!!!!! This happened on 9/25/23 around 320pm.

We went to this restaurant on 9/23/2023 and ordered the nacho burgers. The burgers had nothing on them and the fries were cold. This Wendy’s is terrible we will not be going back

As someone who travels all over the state for work, I can easily say this is one of the best Wendy's in LA, Taylor at the front counter is an awesome guy, very friendly, the food was fresh and hot. This place is added to our places to stop for food for sure.
