Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Morganton

I was in mid chew and felt something odd, spit out the bite and at first I thought it was an uncut piece of cabbage but it was a piece of paper that separates the raw meat. Tried calling the store but no one answers. I filed a complaint online.

One of the slowest drive-through lines you will ever go through. Management definitely needs to hire more employees to deal with the dinner rush - you could tell employees were stressed and overworked. Not their fault - blame lies with management/corporate.

Since 2020, I've only used the drive-thru at this Wendy's. If I had rated / reviewed it 2 years ago I likely would have given it 2 stars, but they have stepped up their game over the past year - likely due to new management team. From burgers to chicken sandwiches and salads, the food quality and consistency in correct filling of orders has noticeably improved.

I ordered a Parmesan Ceaser Salad with chicken on the side. Upon opening the salad container, I noticed the Romaine lettuce was already turning brown. After picking through, some of the greener parts were also browning. When I went in to ask for a salad that wasn’t already brown, the Manager Peggy said it was made fresh and that it’s “Just the ends that are brown!” Ummm no it was all turning brown. So she wouldn’t give me another salad after I asked. She was even rude to the Doordash driver picking up an order. Do better Wendy’s!!

The night of 8-13-23 the shortest guy at the window can’t/wouldn’t even speak or greet nor respond to a friendly greeting. Just takes your money and gives you your food.Just the worst customer service possible. Very disappointed in my experience every time almost at this Wendy’s. Usually only at night.

I door dash in the area frequently at night and this is the slowest drive through, they never start the orders till you get there, or so they say even though the food is cold when you get it. you will see workers smoking outside while your waiting 20-30 minutes to the point where you just turn your car off, I will stick to the Wendy’s on sterling st.

Good chili for lunch. They use good mustard on their classic so I was wondering if it was local or international. Speaking of mustard y'all should really try the fried taters at breakfast. They are good.

Ordered their brew pub fries in the drive thru. Had to wait almost 10 minutes because they were making fresh sauce. They still ended up giving me the wrong fries. Went back to get it fixed and they literally gave me the wrong fries again…
