I've been here many times and this was the best time. The french fries were hot and very fresh. My chicken sandwich was crispy with the perfect amount of mayo. And that blueberry pomegranate was awesome! The service was speedy and staff were friendly. The new revamped interior looks clean and modern.

Wanted a chicken sandwich. Told was out of chicken for the day. So I settled for a bacon egg and cheese on croissant. Asked for no cheese. Pulled away from drive-through to my destination. Got there to find a sandwich with sausage and cheese on bacon and egg. And I didn't even get a straw for my drink. But hey the girl did say to have a good day.

Always great customer service, but I've gone here three times in the last two weeks to get a baked potato and all three times, the potato was half cooked. Like inedibly undercooked.

The Montoursville Wendy's was extremely busy when I was there. Drive thru line stayed completely full for most of the time. I ate inside; a good end to a crazy, fast, frustrating week! The employees did okay with the craziness & being so busy!

They are always out of frosty when I come and then when you try to get another drink chances are that will be almost out too. Best bet is to just go to Muncy Wendy's, they have much better service and the full menu is almost always available unlike Montoursville.

My husband had a classic single he said it was flavorless. I had a chicken sandwich it was good. Food was hot. French fries and chocolate Frosty was really good.

Once upon a time, you could order a "Frosty" and receive a delicious frozen chocolate dessert with no questions asked. Now, when I try to order a Frosty, they ask me dumb questions, "Chocolate or Vanilla?" "Strawberry?" I don't even know what they're saying to me. A Frosty is a chocolate dessert. Dave Thomas would be rolling over in his grave if he knew what was happening right now. The food is pretty good. I like the fries.

Kiosk ordering is very VERY slow in response. Wendy's should have taken mcdonalds experience and applied it here.
