I've used the drive thru at this location about a ½ dozen times recently. People were friendly, food was good but on 3 of those occasions, mice were running around outside. The last time put me off for good. How about proper pest control??

Stopped in after a concert in Philadelphia ♡ Late night crispy chicken sandwich. BEST SANDWICH I HAD IN 4EVER! Fries were cold, nuggets cold BUT...The chicken sandwich was fresh and so hot I had to pace myself lol♡

On Mother's Day morning at around 9:30 am, a male employee who was working was very rude. We were the only customers there, yet he was extremely slow, and the french fries were all burnt. When I mentioned using mobile ordering, he responded in a tone that seemed irritated and asked if we had even used it before. He gave us an unpleasant Mother's Day gift. There is a need to provide training for the staff on how to take orders and handle customers in a polite manner.

I like this place. Take my boys a few times a month. Food is always pretty good and restaurant is clean. The staff has always been very courteous to us.

The man at the drive thru was rude and seemed annoyed that we were trying to order food. He was very slow and didn't want to do his job. This location needs major help.

I'm in town for training. Came to this location earlier in the week and had a fine experience. The second time I came (today), I ordered one of the special 2 for $_ that's advertised on their roadsign as well as the drive thru sign. The lady at the drive thru didn't give me my total, just told me to pull ahead to the second window. The shorter guy at the window just stuck his hand out the window without saying anything, I gave him my card and attempted to ask him about the special, but he closed the window on me and ran my card. I look at the receipt and I wasn't given the price for the special so I ask him about it and he said they no longer do that, so I made sure he knew they still advertise it at their location. He was less then helpful in my experience.

My family stops at this location at least once a week if not 2 or 3 times a week. Usually they are short staffed and it takes awhile for my carry out order to be completed but tonight I went in and was actually able to place my order at the counter, instead of at the computer. The manager was extremely polite and very professional. He said that they hired more staff so hopefully they will be quicker from now on. The restaurant is always clean and well lit. I would definitely recommend this location.

Wendy's is our Sunday thing for lunch and we go to whichever is closest to our morning kid activities. Today we went there and I asked if they had either the red or green crayon toy, as they were the last two he needed and he has some repeat colors. My son opened his meal at home and you would have thought it was Christmas at how excited he was because he got both red and green crayons. This'll be our default Wendy's from now on. Great service and made my kid's day!
