Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Middleburg

Seems the workers hate their jobs. If your unhappy and want to feel a new level to your sadness this wendys has the atomsphere of a soup kitchen and can help your self pitty fall to new lows. Washed hands...Who knows? People looking all mad inside like they have bad student debt from chasing liberal arts degrees. Go to sonics , they have half off if you use the app for drinks and stuff... Tasty too. Pretty sure this wendys broke up my marriage. Much safer at Sonics. #Eatfresh P.s. why do your buns feel like depression incarnate , looks nice from the outside yet all dead and dry on the inside. Sonic has soft moist buns that keep you coming back over and over again. The new chicken slider is a great snack on the go. #wearefarmersdadadada

French fries were cols, not even room temperature just cold. The food was mid and not something I want again. The place is dirty and you can see the kitchen is dirty. The person held the burgers on their stomach while the carried it over to the tray. The lettuce had dark spots. Overall there wasn't anything positive about this place. I wouldn't even give the food to a homeless person. Better to just go to publix and get a warp/sub or some fried chicken. 0/10 don't recommend Wendy's.

Management is poor, quality is poor. Their ability to make a correct order is sub par, the customer service is absolutely disgraceful, they aren't practicing food safety guidelines. They redrop food to warm it up and still serve it to customers. Very rude, if I had the option to not give you any stars I wouldn't have.

Restaurant canceled my first Doordash order so I would not be able to get the site-promised $5 discount, which was only applicable to one order and could not be reused (even if the initial order was cancelled; I know). I placed a second order, paid full price, and got an edge-to-edge undercooked cheeseburger with about half a slice of bacon instead of two full slices. Very disappointing; usually I don’t have issues with this location, but after being cheated out of a sale and then served undercooked beef, I’m hesitant about ordering from here ever again.

I asked for lunch at 10:27 when someone was switching the menu from breakfast to lunch when the manager Becky Knight cussed me out in front of my 2 young kids. It's appalling when you are out with your family and have any customer service representative much less a manager show such horrible behavior, especially in front of children that are just old enough to understand and possible repeat this type of language and behavior.

The poor people who work there had a huge line around the drive-thru to blanding and their drive-thru register stopped working. She said I could come in and order because the register at the counter still was working. I went around, parked and went inside. I only wanted to order a chocolate frosty. The girl behind the register was so apologetic and said they only had strawberry, so I said that was fine. Then she said that it was on the house because they had had a terrible day. I told her she didn't have to do that. So instead of letting her just give me a free frosty, I put a donation in the counter container, because I told her that I wouldn't feel right taking it for free even if they were having a terrible day. I hope no one got angry with them, they were trying their best. Technology is terrible sometimes!

Even being way understaffed tonight, they did an amazing job. The young man tak8ng my order apologized and asked me to please be patient. Excellent group of people working tonight. 4/18/23. Wendy's make sure they know what a great job they're doing

Was shopping in Middleburg and wanted a quick lunch, Wendy's is by far the top end of Fastfood. Love their Salads, and their new line of French Fries are delicious. This Wendy's was working short staffed, but this is a problem everywhere now, even with this very friendly staff.
