I've been to this location several times now and they're pretty. Most of the staff is pretty nice, and they are relatively quick. However, some food isn't as good as other Wendy's I have been too. They also have a tendency to mess up your order little bit more than average, but in fairness to them. This is definitely one of the more busier locations. So I rate 4 stars for good.
The service here has taken an extreme dip the last few months. I'm not sure what happened, but the people working the drive-thru need to be replaced. They're slow and don't know how to tell people to wait by the front door for food that takes too long. If it wasn't for the fact that you're blocked into the drive-thru after they take your order I would've left without picking up my order at least 3 or 4 times in the past two months.
Extremely long wait in the drive threw. Over 20 minutes. Tried to order the new item that the sign was promoting and was told they no longer have it. Staff was not very friendly. I felt like i was Nuisance versus a paying customer. But the man who handed me my food was the only nice staff member. Fries were half filled and semi cold. This visit was rather Disappointing
Every time I come to this location, it takes way too long to place an order or get your food. The staff is slow. At times, they seem clueless and on occasion, you might get a rude one that obviously doesn't care if they were to get fired. I've been coming to this location less throughout the years due to the numerous issues I face time and time again. I suggest getting your Wendy's elsewhere.
This place has an A plus for behind horrible. They downright suck. If they aren't leaving items you paid for out of your bag they are taking forever to do simple things. No professionalism. Today it took them almost 30 minutes to give me some cheese fries. There was no apology for the wait or anything after sitting in the parking lot waiting for this order. You have to try to be this horrible. There is zero accountability at this franchise
Absolutely the WORST Wendy's I have ever been at. Floors were slippery with grease. Messed up my order. Manager yelling at employee. Food was awful! Would Give negative stars if possible. Chicken nuggets tasted like they were cooked in 5 year old grease. Burger was cold. We're out of several menu items. Definitely a ghetto Wendy's. Stay away.
This Location is terrible!!!! I’ve enjoyed Wendy’s for a long time now, and most of the times I have a good experience. This time, and this location...AWFUL!! The place is old, there’s no pop machine for refills, the kitchen seemed chaotic, the drive thru seemed overloaded. I ordered an Asiago spicy chicken combo, and the lady behind the counter charged the wrong combo size and when I went tried to correct it, she came off stand-off-ish and rude. Then managers were taking personal phone calls while customers were waiting and employees had head phones in while working. And on top of that, the employees seemed incompetent at best. It’s not the most glamours job, but at least work for our pay!! I will never visit this location ever!!!
The food is good. They have something on their menu for everyone. They only issue I truly see is the service which is spotty. There is always a long line in the drive through and you must check your order prior to leaving. The lobby could also use some upgrades.
