Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Massillon

Hands down thee best Wendys there is. From Jamar with his beautiful smile to Audrey who’s smile was so warm and friendly I am so happy to get great customer service in my home town. I spoke with Brandon, the manager on duty and told him what a fantastic job they’re doing. They could teach some of the staff at the other fast food restaurants how it’s done. Bravo! To the whole crew!! A fine example of what it’s supposed to be like. Go Tigers!

Food is always fresh, there’s hardly ever a wait to get your food.. when there is a line in the drive thru it goes super fast. This is a plus if you’re in a rush or on lunch break! Your food utensils and condiments are always correct in the bag… the inside is always, neat, clean and organized the manager Doug runs a great store and the employees do a wonderful job at the Massillon location!

I dont normally like to leave reviews cause imma real nice guy but what they did over and over was unacceptable. I got fries 🍟 with a combo and bacon pub fry and they was most definitely old & cold. Went back around and let them know, they made me new fries but yet after we left we did not know the cookies we had got too was old…I get it its late with the cookies being old but come on fries and the bacon pub fry..Truly dissatisfied, normally just warm fries are ok with me but these was cold and old and not edible at ALL.

Literally go here often and was very unprofessional! I told him if he was actually worried about his job and wouldnt make the mistakes that he did. As he answered the phone talking about people laughing. He then told me he was offended by me saying that because he enjoys his job. Then offends me by calling me sir multiple times when I am clearly a female. So I guess this is his way of getting back at me for being offended by not doing his job. No worries corp will be called will not return !

I love their breakfast sandwich and the sausage gravy biscuit

The drive thru girl was wonderful. She apologized for our 10 minute wait in line. It was supper time so we know there would be a line.

Why, when vegetables are fresh locally, would you increase the salad (all) by $1.50 ? Doesn't make sense. Just shows your greed.

Ordered 2 baked potatoes with chili. The baked potatoes were luke warm. When I took them back to the counter and asked if they could be micro-waved as they were not hot, the counter person said "there's nothing we can do". When I restated that they were cold, I was again told there was nothing they could do. This response from a fast food restaurant that guarantees their fries are always hot. Terrible!
