I have no problem with this location as they were friendly and very quick especially during a very busy time of day. The problem I have with Wendy's is the size and price for what you get as hopefully the picture shows. It's crazy on how much they have cut back on drink sizes and their prices just don't add up. I know that size has affected most everything we buy today but come on Wendy's, this is simply ridiculous!!

Very nice and clean looking place! Great service and great food! 1st time in this town and look forward to returning. My only complaint about this Wendy's location (and it is not a big one) I just wish that there were more outside trash receptacles. The parking lot was very clean as well. Keep up the great work, yall!!!!

We had a very long wait. It differs from time to time Depending on how many customers there are. The food is good. If u can handle hot stuff I recommend the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich. It’s new. Really good, but hot.

They were very busy when we visited. The folks were getting customers out with fresh food in good time. It was my best fast food experience in Martinsville in some time.

Watched a poor high schooler try and man the front register while the manager pretended to be clueless that she didn't have a cash drawer to even accept orders. Lunch rush on Wednesday, August 2nd, '23. The weakest link here is obviously the young person's coworkers and manager who left her out to dry with a long line. This was probably the working of an assistant manager, who should be reprimanded for deliberate inattention to detail.

Baconator fries, meh Burnt bacon, waited in line while the cashier talked w her friend at the window 8-2022 went inside to eat, every table was dirty, stuff all over the floor, 5 employees total working. 2 chatted with eachother while I stood at the counter wanting to order. 1 employee had her fingers in her mouth then put an order together for drive-thru. NASTY, new building looks great, but no employee cares 2 do thier job. DON'T EAT THE FOOD

Never had breakfast there and went thru drive threw and there bksft sandwaches were pretty good

Great service! Order was done correctly and the young man who helped us did more than expected. Also, the music choice was not offensive 👍👍
