Was a bit cramped inside for a brand spankin NEW Wendy's, & lacks organization 4 where lines SHOULD form 2 keep incoming guests' rear ends outta faces of guests sitting & eating. Line should wrap OUTSIDE of dining area 2 avoid this prob. FOOD was HOT & FRESH tho, & we rec'd our order relatively fast 4 a store that's only in its 1st week or 2 of operation. Kudos 2 the staff on dinner rush. 😀👍
Chicken takes over 4 minutes in the deep fryer, yet as soon as I get to the window my whole order is ready. I want fresh spicy chicken not one that's been fried earlier then heated back up in the fryer. That makes it rubbery. Has happened over 10 times here.

It's new, very busy,. I don't know who the architect(s) where/ are for this new restaurant design were, but it's very ridiculous. When its busy, the center seat section is very crowded, making it difficult to get to your seat or stool (which is silly as well). Then if you have to wait for your food it causes the seating area even more congestion. Plus you add three drill and condiment area all in the order counter area, then well wow its a total mess! But the food was good.
i placed an order on my phone. i then sent my daughter to pick it up. My daughter walked and was at Wendys in 8 minutes. They said it had been 30 min. which was so not true because I watched my daughter walk there.They told her she could not have the food at all that we already paid for and that they threw it in the trash!!!and that she could talk to a manager . Really ?? How long do they think it takes for someone to drive there? My daughter said that a gentleman then said " its ok I will remake your order. I dont think they even made it the 1st time. I tried calling them but, They would never answere after calling 5 times.very poor service. Oh and we bought chicken nuggets and recieved NO Ranch!!!!
Had hair in my food. Idk what happened to fixing things but I guess fixing it is just making new food. Why would one want to eat after they had a hair in their mouth? Tomatoes were pretty bad. But service was fast. Hair is very dirty it has constant contact with the air which holds many particles just saying from a scientific view. Maybe next time will be better.
I've tried to get food here several times over the past couple of weeks. Used to be just fine, but I don't know what's happened lately. One visit they were out of items that I wanted to order, another time I sat in the Drive-Thru for 12 minutes after I placed my order... I left and there were still two cars in front of me..... I waited several minutes at least to get to the speaker. Just tried again and sat in drive-thru line for several minutes, about five cars from the speaker. No movement whatsoever. So I decided to go inside and try... Looked worse in there so I just left and went to Arby's... Very sad...
The Wendy's in Martinsville IN is usually my go-to when I'm in town looking for fast food. The food is great here with friendly, curtious service. I've had little to none issues with this Wendy's ever. If your looking for familiar, greasy food, this is the place to go.
