Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Livermore

About to hit the road and stopped to get our teenage boys lunch, (it's a app and savings thing😉). Anyway, I really don't know how to comment about fast food, I mean, it's fast food. It was hot, it was exactly what we expected and it was served with a smile. Great Wendy's!

I went in w/ my friend to get a drink & sit down for a few minutes. The person at the counter pointed to the self-service soda machine behind me. Then I asked about the sizes of the cups. They looked bothered so I said, Usually people show me the cup so I know how big the sizes are. They rolled their eyes at me and walked over to pick up the cups to show me. The cups were behind something otherwise I could have just seen them myself. This person was either having a really bad day or ???. (I had never been to this store. I was my usual friendly self.) I am using the word "they" because I don't want to get anyone in trouble. But I have to say this person needs an attitude adjustment. Maybe the owner can tell everyone there how to treat customers so they'll want to make a return visit.

I come here once or twice every few weeks, It's jointed In with a gas station not far from the freeway. I ordered the new Alaskan Fish sandwich and gave it a try and I like it, they gave me a fresh hot piece of fish and asked me to park my car on the side. Only waited about 5 minutes and It was worth it because I got fresh hot fries too. The flavor was delicious and food was nice and hot. I believe I came at a good time of the day, very good service. The second time I came to order the sandwich was a little bit different and felt rushed to say my order. This was around 8 at night, much different service. The French fries were more hard and my soda was flat, no fizz. Best time to come here Is the afternoon.

10 out of 10 friendly people, burger was fantastic and fries were hot and crispy. They were a little busy so I did wait a little, but they did a great job.

I like Wendy’s in general (better than Mc Donald’s). For some reason this location was terrible, burger didn’t taste as usual. Regarding service, I got my food “on time”, no concerns there, however, for the people working there, if you don’t like it, just quit, find something that fulfills you! They were pretty rude, non-patient. If you’re in a rush, sure, stop here, grab something and make you’re way. On the positive side, I’m the same location as the convenience store, so you can pick up whatever you need.

This has got to be the worst Wendy’s in the area. The food seems like it has been sitting around for hours. The workers are rude and have no interest in getting your order right. They are also impatient when you are ordering and are trying to rush you to put in your order. They even charge the soda price for a small water cup.

Wendys makes good hamburgers, fries are very good, and the chocolate malts are good. Great quick meal to pick up in a drive-thru line.

I went here at 6:20 am to get breakfast I checked on Google maps to make sure they were open it said they were so I pull in the drive thru and was waiting for about 2 minutes no one said anything so I went inside and was told it would be about 20 more minutes before I could order because no food was ready I just turned around and walked out there was around 7 employees there at the time one of which just talking on her cellphone... bad look on the entire establishment, very disappointing.
