Food had mold on it. Guy said "that's not mold." As if a blueish green fuzzy thing on the inside of a tomato coule be anything else. Still gave a refund tho, so that's good.
For fast food, it was good, but I see fast food more for calories than flavor or taste. It would be nice if fast food restaurants could offer different buns so that even when trying to be careful, don't spike their blood sugar levels...
The Female manager at this location is terrible! I cannot believe she is allowed to lead a team. Her customer service is awful, she is terribly unfriendly, and always seems genuinely bothered you are there. I asked for a salad with no cheese due to a dairy allergy, which I have successfully ordered multiple times in the past. She refused to make the salad. If you have any special needs, this is not the place for you.
Always good food, and they rarely mess up an order. However, the staff that tends to the counter or the drive-through have always been rude. Between making you feel stupid for asking certain questions or just overall bad attitude. I keep my interactions short and just go here for the food.
Save yourself the hassle and drive about 5 miles north to the Wendy’s in front for Walmart/Kroger. They have Chick fil a level service and don’t close 30 minutes early. They also don’t serve food that tastes a day old. 8/12/23.
Thank you for keeping up with good work 👏 Didn't even take me 3 minutes /order/pay/pick up/taste the first fries
Really impressed with this location. They’re handling the lunch rush like champions. All of our food was served very fresh, quickly and they even got my order right when I requested several changes to my burger.
I wrote a previous review but discovered more. At first this potato looks unassumingly rough, but fine. Look a little closer and you can see 4 finger stabs. As if they preformed a karate throat stike and from the overwhelming force it cracked into pieces! I'd like to think with a gloved hand, except I worked in the food industry for as long as I have and I can only imagine one thing "That glove needed to be changed."
