this is such a lovely place to hang out and eat Wendy's. there's an occasional creepy old man who stares but otherwise it's a great location. all the staff are very friendly and approachable. the app almost always has amazing deals. the $5 biggie bag is a great thing to get if you want a little bit of everything at Wendy's. it's better to get a frosty instead of a soda though because you can dip your food in it and it elevates the whole experience.

For those of you who have given this Wendy’s less than five stars, you’ve got to give it another shot. The young kids that work here including Tanner are incredible. Do you know how you ask for sauce and they never bring it out to you? Well, that happen again but this time Tanner ran back in and brought me out more than I asked for. The rest of my order was perfect.

Stopped here with my kids. They loved the nuggets. Really fresh and hot. Way better than the place across the street. Paul was especially friendly and helpful at the register.

I've only done the drive thru here since it's easy and it's usually an "on the way home" stop to get dinner or lunch. The service is actually pretty fast here. I've been to other Wendy's and the service is slow. They've always gotten my order correct and I've been pleased every time I've gone through.

The chicken was nice and chewy. Like it had sat under a headlamp for at least 6 hours. The service was abysmal, it took a long time and it seemed like it was the first time they took an order. The bathrooms reminded me of a ghetto college dorm, it was obvious it had not been cleaned in weeks, maybe months. It really made me question the food safety and cleanliness of the restaurant and its employees.

Stopped here for dinner on our way home after a long day of driving. We arrived at 7:50pm. We had our puppy with us so I stayed outside and walked around with her while my family went in to eat. My husband finished eating and came out so I could go in and order. I walked in and only our family was in the restaurant. I went to order and had to wait for someone to help me for several minutes and then I believe the manager came up and said the lobby was closed and I couldn’t order. If I wanted anything I had to go through the drive-through. I mentioned that my family was in there eating and because of my dog I couldn’t come in. I was told repeatedly I couldn’t order. I was eventually told they were “short staffed” so I couldn’t order in the lobby. There was no one in the drive-through at the time and only 3 or 4 cars had gone through the drive-through the entire time we were there. As we walked out and got in our car the employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing and laughing and joking around. And to top it off they messed up my families order horribly and it was the only order they had to do! This was our last time at this location!

The customer service inside is horrible. They will ignore you and if you do catch someone enough to ask a question they cut you off and tell you to go to the kiosk. My husband wanted to order and had only cash and the kiosk obviously doesn’t take cash so he waited 30 minutes for someone to finally take his order. My daughter got something wrong with her order and went to ask to have it fixed and they proceeded to ignore her for another 20 minutes before we went up and just told her to forget trying to ask and left. They really need to get better customer service. They only focus on orders coming in from kiosks or online orders and drive through and absolutely nothing else. If you want to eat here I recommend going through the drive through only.

The gas station Wendy's in Lehi was not the best experience. Positive: fresh chicken nuggets, gave out lots of sauce when asked. Negative: sticky floors, missing food (order wrong), homeless people loitering, hair found in food, no soap in the bathroom, opened sauce packets, cold food with soggy fries to boot. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
