Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Leeds

Don't bother calling because they have no idea how to answer a phone, I have called several times across several days because all I wanted was just one simple salad. They only have particular salad for a limited time so it's not like I or any other customer could get it at any point in the year, and it is one of the few things I look forward to in my summers from Wendy's as I don't go here often. So I tried to call ahead to see if they have it that way I don't have to waste gas money. The one time they did pick up they told me that they had it and that it would be served in the afternoon, I double checked by asking twice and they rudely told me that they did seeming annoyed that I double checked. So I skipped my entire breakfast planning around getting food from people who said they actually had the food instead. I showed up after driving for fifteen minutes and sure enough it wasn't there. I questioned what I had been told on the phone and they told me the truck hadn't even arrived yet. I asked him why I was told the opposite on the phone and all I got was silence. The kicker is they did the exact same thing to me the day before. So two meals, an hour's worth of gas money, and an hour total of time completely wasted. Please don't waste your time with these people, if you want Wendy's go to the one in Trussville. They have stellar service.

I have been going to this store for over 3 years. Since management has changed this store SUCKS. I order the same thing every time I come, my total is always around $8.18. Today I ordered the something and I was upcharged for the fries which i irdered medium and got large, plus I had to wait 15 minutes, from speaker to window. My food was cold and the chicken sandwich was disgusting. Definitely not worth the $10.22 I paid. They always put the receipt in the bag, but not today. I guess they didn't want me to complain or dispute the upcharge. Corporate needs to change the management in this store or shut it down.

Sticky floors, understaffed, no paper towels in the restrooms, timed (high speed, at least) air blower in the restroom, and they were somehow out of chocolate frostys. Only one entrance unlocked. Overall not great, could’ve been worse. At least the food itself was okay.

We see you, young stalwart beardsmith on the Monday night late shift. We see you striving to do the job of many while at least two of your three fellow co-workers were dragging their feet. We saw and appreciated you getting our "no cheese please" order correct, and we saw you spot us still awaiting our order in the lobby while several drive through customers were served faster. We understand your struggle. We thank you for your service. Late night is kind of hit and miss here, we tried stopping by on Thursday night on the way home and were met with throngs of teenagers looking for after-football meals, so everywhere was slammed. We were assured by a semi-toothless fellow (who I assume was a manager of sorts judging by his button up shirt) that our orders would be taken "as soon as they could". We waited for around 20 minutes and didn't see anyone taking orders or actually making food, so we ended up leaving and going elsewhere that night.

Burger was good, but fries were downright scraps. Also, Coke Zero and cherry flavor was out in the Coke Freestyle dispenser. They simply were not busy enough for so many different drink selections to be out.

The Wendy's fast food restaurant in Leeds, Alabama is the best out of all the Wendy's locations in the greater Birmingham area. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is always fresh and delicious. You can't go wrong with their burgers and frosties! I highly recommend checking out this location if you're looking for a great meal and a great experience.

Disappointed. Fries hot and fresh. Dr. Pepper was good. Burger was old tasting. Bun, lettuce, and tomato were not fresh. Meat was not warm. Drive through person was nice. Wouldn't recommend this place or return. Spent over twenty dollars for two double cheese combos and felt like we wasted our money.

I have came to this Wendy's before in Alabama and the food is really good! We dined in and the gentleman taking our order was very polite we received that order very fast there were no customers inside the restaurant so we got our food but I noticed that the drink station was nasty, the condiment area was very nasty and we cleaned off a dining room table and chairs so we could sit down. There wasn't a lot of trash or anything like that on the tables but they just need to be wiped down and cleaned! I noticed that as I was walking in my shoes that certain places were sticky and I could hear my shoes squeaking so that told me that the floors needed very badly to be cleaned. We ate our food and then I went to the restroom to wash my hands and when I walked into the restroom it smelled like urine and sewage!! One of the Stalls was out of order and I decided to just wash my hands and proceed out of there! This is a good Wendy's but I think they need to pay more attention to keeping the restrooms, dining room and drink station clean when there is a slow period instead of the gentleman on front counter talking to the manager and another employee. Not once did I see him come out and clean anything and we were there for about 40 minutes.
