Ordered spicy nuggets, fries and cheese fries. I specifically asked for no salt on both fries and cheese fries. The staff took the time to make a new batch, which was nice, but there was still salt added. The cheese fries looked gross since the cheese was not melted. The spicy nuggets tasted like fish which I do not like. The staff was nice, but overall I couldn’t eat my food. :(

$50 for thrown together food. They didn’t tell us they were out of sliced cheese. Of course we ordered burgers with ketchup only, the receipt showed it, but you can see the mustard that was scraped off. Our last experience here wasn’t any better - we were shorted items. I am usually a “three times I’m out” customer but I think I’m just out with two visits. Stinks because they are so close to where we volunteer, but thankful Popeyes is next door.

Staff is apathetic and not helpful at all. Today is national cheeseburger day and their app is Horrible!!! Trying to order one thing to get the deal is impossible. There's no way 3 different people with 3 different phones are at fault for the app not loading properly. We wanted them to try and do something, but just got a "sorry, we know the app is bad but we can't give you the deal unless it's ordered by mobile." No offer for a manager to help out, or compensation. This Wendy's USED to be OK, but now it is definitely subpar and the staff just doesn't give a d*mn. I'd rather go across town to the other Wendy's even though I live right next to it. Do better.

Avoid this place at all costs. They served contaminated food which resulted in a severe food poisoning illness in me. Since 8pm last night and to 7:30 am this morning, I have been suffering from the worst and most severely painful food poisoning case ever. I can’t recall the last time I’ve thrown up so much. Nonstop sharp abdominal pain and diarrhea. I ordered and ate the $5 biggie bag items: fries, nuggets, chicken sandwich, sprite. As soon as I placed my order on the drive through, it was ready 30 seconds later as I approached the second window. That must have been these teens who work here trying to hurry up and serve contaminated food.

They often don't open lobby ,3 times my orders have been wrong out of5 visit ,and the people working there gave a non caring spirt ...sad

This is the 2nd time I have been to this location. Both times, the fries tasted old and stale. Our chicken sandwiches tasted old and reheated. The only thing that was decent was the chicken nuggets. We won't be returning.

Every time I go to this place it’s always closed early or not open when the business hours are clearly posted on the door. I’ll never come back because I know they’ll be closed or knowing the kind of workers who close shop like this don’t care about sanitation so I’ll avoid the potential food poisoning and bad service. Note to the owner: You’re staff are running this business into the ground.

Trust the reviews. First time stopping here I was the only car in the Drive-thru, ordered 10pc nuggets and large fries extra, extra crispy (x2 crispy). Tells me to pull up. I get to the window and the young guy is already handing me my food. I reiterate that I asked for fries extra crispy, he then tells me they cant put fries back in the fryer once they're out. I asked since when is that a thing? If yall cant put them back in which I dont mind then make me a new batch extra crispy please. He said said its been a thing since he started. Granted Im the only one in drive-thru and no one inside. He reluctantly takes the fries back and I assume cooks them for another minute. Hands them back to me, they're hardly crispy at all and theres about half in the box. I dont feel my request was unreasonable and I can understand if they were busy it would have been no big deal. But the young guys working this store very clearly do not care. Please dont go here.
