Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Kenly

Great stop on a road trip. Gas, food and other essential items if needed. We did Wendy's, loved the kiosks to place your order. Was very convenient, but wish it would have given me a receipt. Food and service was good and they offered inside and outdoor seating.

Foods prepared well, the Lady and young man that took our order were genuine and good spirited! Plenty of seating being it's in a food court inside Kenly truck stop. Also the only food joint besides waffle house that's open 24 hours in the area.

Normally our experience is always good at this Wendy’s BUT this morning we ordered and when we starting eating our breakfast sandwich I bit into mine and there was still piece of rectangular paper stuck to my cheese!! Total appetite killer!! I understand mistakes happen but I called back to make them aware just so the cooks could make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else!! The girl I spoke to didn’t seem bothered at all. I’m just extremely happy this was my sandwich and not my kids!! Please pay attention guys and don’t ruin this Wendy’s because the food options in Kenly are slim!! Also I have pictures if I could post them and one photo shows the imprint of the paper on my cheese!! Not sure how to post pictures but I figure it out I will post the photos.

The food was good but the whole eating area at the Kenly 95 Travel stop was disgusting. We had to clean our on table with bottles of spray cleaner left out. The area where you get straws, napkins, and ketchup was horrific.

My experience here was excellent. The person who took my order was friendly. The food was served fast. Everything was correct. And appeared properly prepared and appeared as it should. Food tasted great.

This place is very unprofessional they did not give me a receipt to complain to company so here I go I love the Wendy’s eating experience but this location they don’t speak or greet you at all very rude and will find a way to mess your order up if you go to another Wendy’s u will fill welcome not this racism place no one wears gloves or hairnets someone please call health department

Order a 4 for 4 and got a chicken sandwich instead with a small fire didn't check till I was past the window. I then went inside and asked for my order thinking it was a mistake, but was not attend too for 10min they all stood in the back and saw me but didn't make a sign to help. I would stay far from here and go elsewhere.

The state of the food court of which this Wendy’s resides is unbalanced. The Wendy’s and Subway seem to dominate the other restaurants there, perhaps resulting in the imbalance of service. I ordered a 4-for-4 and it came out rather swiftly. The service seemed a bit rushed and they were out of BBQ sauce. Also, my sandwich had a whole shard of ice in it, probably a result of the lettuce being frozen.
