Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Kannapolis

This is probably one of the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to ! I’m usually not the one to come and make a review. But, this was just ridiculous. I’ve been there a total of 2 times and at both times there was no line at all whatsoever. I waited for someone to say something through the speaker. Never spoke. Never said anything. I said hello twice and nobody said anything. I waited for 25mins at the speaker. Until I just drove off and this is twice that this happened. After that never again. I advise anybody to visit the Wendy’s off of S Cannon Blvd Best service I’ve ever had ! They’re astounding! Food is always hot and fresh and they also speak to you as soon as you pull up to the speaker.

They were really slow tonight! The customer service is about as basic as you get (thank you, have a nice day) which would be ok if the got your orders right and were quick about it. I ordered 2 hamburgers, 1 - only with onions, 1 - no onion, no pickles) both burgers came with everything.

Despite having 2 people working they were very efficient and professional. The line was around the building. Whomever worked last night needs major raises.

I had to leave drive-through to avoid confrontation and Jail!!!!! This disrespect and audacity alone was enough for me to say forget the order. An employee was shouting through the window about a DD order not being called out to HER preference. I wouldn’t dare spend another dime here or accept another DD order from this place. Staff needs new customer service training!

The crew at Wendy's is great...I have no issue with my Wendy's store...my issue is the APP! As a first time user who was frustrated beyond belief in how to use it I was infuriated! I kept doing what I was "supposed" to do and screwing it up, repeatedly. I got so fed up I said "forget it" and uninstalled the app. The crew were great in trying to help me figure it out, but it was just too much!!!

Waited in DRIVE THRU nearly 30 minutes only because I was stuck in the lane and could not get out. They had the person in front of me just sitting instead of pulling them up to give other people their food. I waited and waited until it was my turn to move up but decided I would just leave instead of paying for terrible service.

Without question the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. This afternoon my wife and I stopped there for lunch, big mistake. The dining room was not clean. The men's and women's restrooms were not clean. The young guy running the register had an earbud in one ear. This should NOT be allowed. Another customer waited around 10 minutes for his dine in order to be completed. I had to take my wife's chicken sandwich back, because it had a large piece of cartilage in it and the replacement sandwich was drowned in mayo. Where is the district manager for this store? The manager on duty was basically useless. Get the employees to clean the store. It wasn't busy when we were there. So no reason for the place to be nasty. The franchise owner needs to have this store taken away!

Stopped in for a quick bite while traveling. Easy access from the interstate highway. Food was good. I really like their French fries. I would certainly go there again if the opportunity arises.
