Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Kailua

Drive Thru: Ordered double Cheeseburger. Received single cheeseburger. Ordered Large Strawberry Lemonade. Received Regular lemonade. You most defiantly need to check you order at this place.

Wendy’s was near my work area today, so I definitely needed to stop by for a pick me up after my shift. Note that I am based on town and sadly Wendy’s aren’t in town :(. I’ve had good experiences the past few times with this establishment. I opted for the basic Dave’s single combo that came with a burger with all basic toppings, fries, and upgraded to a frostycinno as a drink. It was very delicious as I tasted before! Although the frostycinno wasn’t as ice creamy and more iced coffee like—still liked it but not as much. The exterior and interior looked clean and inviting. Just look at that exit with the view of the green mountains—so refreshing! Absolutely a Wendy’s in Hawaii vibe.

There are no Wendy's in Honolulu, so I went to this one. There was a wait in line. The clerk wasn't very nice, but I was direct with my order and didn't give him a chanxe.to be rude, even though he wanted to be. I ordered the most expensive burger combo which was a Bourban Pretzal burger. I also ordered a taco salad and a large Frosty. The Taco salad was not what I expected. It was a bit of lettuce, a side if chili and a bag of.generic tortilla chips. It was like they forgot to put it together. No big crunchy taco bowl. They did not put any napkins in my to-go bag. I asked for a drink carrier and the kid at.the register just pointed, annoyingly. There were two employees, who were off of work, just sitting in the dining room. The guy was giving me dirty looks, because his girl liked me. I'm tall and good looking. The Wendys employee giving me the stink eye was short and aesthetically challenged. I paid $25 for this lunch. I am Mr.G. The burger was okay and it's sauce was good, but that's it. There was a bug in my drink too. Why the heck did they put a huge Wendy's there anyways?

This store is so NOT friendly, considerate of children and just gone downhill since opening. The management is NO WHERE to be found at any given time. I was refused more than 4 ketchup packets and no door handle on the men’s restroom. The women’s out of order. I will NEVER eat in or take out again. There were several birds flying around inside the restaurant as well. Teenagers loud and obnoxious! Horrible experience eating in!

I’ve had better service at other Wendys.. they mess up your whole order, and all they’re doing is playing around in the back .. some other workers don’t even wash their hands after using the restroom or cleaning. And when you try to call, they never answer their phone. We had to go back three times in one night just to get our order, correct

I just left from here 10 mins ago.. worse Wendy’s I’ve been too. our burgers were poorly made and all sloppy. I had NO bacon on my JR bacon cheese burger only one tiny little crumb. Forgot to mention that the meat from the burger was not fresh and it was still red.. I didn’t even finish the burger. The fries were very old and not fresh. The ONLY thing good was the strawberry lemonade and chocolate frosty.

This Wendy’s is poorly ran. You have workers standing outside while there is a line in their drive thru area and they seem to not give any care. They mess every order they have and most of the employees are very rude and unfriendly and don’t like their job. Managers are highly unprofessional and they also give major attitude. Whoever is the general manager here is a poor one. He or she doesn’t know how to run this establishment. They always run out of things down to their lids. You know how many times I’ve come here and order medium or large and I can’t get one or the other because they ran out of lids and they ask would you like to do medium because we don’t have large lids like what am I suppose to do? Not have a lid? Night time is even worse. There’s only one manager on the floor while the morning you have so many. I can see why the night manager gets frustrated and yells at the crew because it’s happened in front of me and I don’t blame them. It’s a lot to run a store and manage it by yourself. I don’t think this location will last long. There’s so many wrongs for this store.

Place is filthy. Flies. Service poor. Locked bathrooms both men's and women's bathrooms are very dirty. In women's bathroom a diaper was on floor with feces exposed. No paper towels. How can food handlers be clean????
