Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Iron Mountain

I personally have worked at Wendy's in my younger years and specifically in the drive-thru! The girl who is currently working there is incredibly unfriendly doesn't smile and doesn't know how to do any kind of math. I gave her $22 for a $11.33 order. I obviously wanted a ten-dollar bill back.When she gave me a five and five ones I shook my head no and said I wanted a 10-dollar bill back and that's why I gave you what I did. Her response was "Oh".... I'm sorry to assume this but shouldn't a register operator know how to do some kind of math? And maybe offer a smile or two??. There was a kind gentleman who opened the window to let me know that it would be a minute because they were waiting on my fries. Thank you to you sir for your kind customer service skills!!!

The Staff is Incredible! They are very caring and helpful to make sure you get things you ordered, never left without an item, sounds silly right?... but when your in a hurry and get home and your missing someone's meal, it's an inconvenience and down right frustrating!🥺 The food is consistently Good, and the Frosties are AmaZing for Children and us 😊 big kids too! Very Happy with Our Wendy's ❤️

Food was good but not as great as some other Wendy's I've been to but the staff was great

If I could do 0 stars I would. I used to work here and I am supposing that's why they refuse to give me the right food, but they claim because I complain so often about my food being messed up. I wouldnt complain so often if my food wasn't messed up so often. I ordered on doordash and my complete order was wrong. I ordered a junior cheeseburger add tomato two of them actually a bacon double stack add Mayo add lettuce no onion a cheese potato with butter a bacon and cheese potato add chives at sour cream and a strawberries salad. My salad did not come with the almonds my bacon and cheese potato chives and sour cream did not have the chives and sour cream. My cheese potato didn't come with butter my bacon and double stack add Mayo add lettuce no onion came with no maya no lettuce and onion and my junior cheeseburgers came with no tomato. This is the last time I will order since they refuse to give me the right food. And I suggest if you like wendys and getting the RIGHT food. To go to a different locatIon. Also Escanaba Wendy's is run by the same ignorant people.

The lady who was working the register 7/2/23 at 3pm with long hair who was younger kept ignoring me when I would talk to her because I needed things or even just a thank you was ignored. Very frustrating. Please work on your customer service skills.

Absolutely horrible. Cashier didn't know how to count change back. When they were told they gave my husband the wrong burger, they just said, "It happens" .... my burger was cold, and I asked for it plain, but it still had tomato and mayo on it. Fried were oil logged and tasteless. Just a bad place, but it didn't used to be!! Rude employees. Will not return!

After two previous disappointing stops in iron mountain around lunchtime today. I just wanted to say thank you for clean bathrooms and very nice service!!!

Girl with black hair didn't say a word. Didn't acknowledge us, was completely silent! The food was great but she was so rude.
