Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Iowa City

I understand people makes mistakes , the drive-through I had my order right but they gave me the wrong receipt. I want make sure I got charged what I paid for on the receipt ,I went and talk to the manager and try and explain he gave me wrong receipt so he put his hand in my bag touch my fries and I told him have replace it and I was missing my nuggets in bag and I went to drive-through asked for the nuggets got wrong , gave me spicy nuggets and wrong sauce so I come back 2 times drive -thur . Get right nuggets and right sauce . I’m very upset with them.😔my food was cold . I understand one mistake . And busy not after 2 times same person .

I love all the staff and foods always good and hot. Today the particular guy in the drive through is absolutely hilarious and kind. Made me love this location more.

Went at about 10 at night, and no one answered at the drive thru, so i decided to pull around, and there was 1 employee working hard to make all the many orders and his customer service was over the top. My man John needs a raise and / or promotion even tho there was a wait, John made it worth the wait

Never leave without checking your food first. Just went and got a #5 combo meal which is a grilled chicken wrap and french fries instead I asked for crispy chicken but still got grilled chicken with everything on it when I just asked for lettuce and cheese plus got charged $2 extra for queso fries that I did not ask for. I requested a frosty for my drink and got a small if not a mini frosty. The queso fries tasted like 🤮 as did the wrap! I tried calling the phone number that is on the receipt and the phone number that is connected to their online presence on Google and I just get a ringing that it is connected to a fax machine. Highly disappointed would not recommend and will certainly never go back.

While I was grabbing lunch today. There was another customer in voicing her concern over a simple mistake that was made about getting the wrong receipt. She became fairly belligerent, and the management staff that was handling the situation acted in a calm and appropriate manner. Kiddos to you sir working in food. Service is not an easy task.

The service was very slow and the staff acted like that didn't want to be there. The food tasted like it had been cooked hours ago and sitting under a warmer. The fries were cold and some were still raw

I haven't been inside Wendy's forever and it was clean and the employees were smiling and helpful. We received our meals quickly. Will definitely be going back soon!

Been here about 5-10 times driving through Iowa city. They have never made a mistake on my picky order, are polite, and don't give me looks when I ask for extra honey mustard sauce like other Wendy's do lately. The spicy chicken sandwich has only once tasted old/dry. The fries and spicy nuggets I order though while never tasting stale are always just barely above room temperature so I've never bothered to finish this store's fries as they arent too horrible to not eat at all but quickly become unsatisfactory.
