At what point does it become theft when a fast food place forgets half your order for delivery and when you call to get the rest of your food they won't fix it. I spent over $30, you forgot the food, why won't you fix it???? She said they would remake it but I would have to come get it. I got it delivered for a reason. Yes, encourage the intoxicated person to drive. Great customer service.

Good place to go for a quick bite to eat. Stopped in with a few friends for dinner and each of us ordered separately it went well, however the person taking our order was maybe not listening or maybe he was just busy, but we were the only ones inside at the time, but okay, and all of our orders were wrong. We went back up to tell him about it and he said deal with it! We asked for the manager and then she came up and asked what was wrong and we told her and then it was corrected and then we also got free meals for our next trip and she also told the employee to go home and maybe not come back. Otherwise it would have been 5⭐️

I wish I could give them a zero. Their hours aren’t consistent, they constantly run out of ingredients (including beef), their wait time is ridiculously long, and the employees are very rude (including the manager). A remodel doesn’t help business when you are failing in every other aspect. How do you run out of beef? It’s only a matter of time before they close for good. ETA: They said they didn’t have beef but somehow I still went home with a burger?

Our burgers weren't cold and they were correct, however that's where the good news ends. The fries were cold. My husband had a hair on his burger. And we waited in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes before getting our food.

Employees had peraonal drinks in the food prep area, trash overflowing, no receipt. Food was good but cleanliness makes me feel they don't pay attention to proper sanitation and food preparation along with the food safety. Makes me worry.

Went there yesterday, no salids, no chicken, so we chose to eat at Culver's. Went to give them another shot today, 11:15 am lobby door locked! Went to Culver's again!

They were out of baked potatoes. Ordered a salad. Got the order and sat down. No fork. Went to counter they have no forks. Took my food and left. I love wendy's but will avoid this poorly run franchise in the future.

Stood in line and watched employees handling food with bare hands after touching the door to go outside, their jeans, and who knows what when I didn't see them. They stood in back bad talking about customer in the lobby. I walked out and didn't order. The gross hands on the food was the last straw. Sorry but they need food handling instructions and their hair should also be up so it's not in people's food. Be safe
