I give it a one-star rating because the app doesn't give you the option to make it 0. CHECK YOUR FOOD. Starting with the bad attitude of the employees, the customer service is very bad. If you don't want to work, don't do it, especially not in customer service. The dirty restaurant. I placed an order for pick up and everything was wrong. I found hair in my food. It's very hard to find a decent place to eat here in Hinesville. They leave a lot to be desired.

The restaurant was clean and tidy. The soda machine was out of a lot of choices though. Ordered my food and I received it hot and fresh.

Worst staff ever. Attitude, attitude & attitude. I got more attitude than service. A lot of slick talk from the cashier and team behind the counter. Never been to restaurant where they throw out the food after 15 minutes of it sitting. The order is already paid for. What’s the problem? The restaurant was extremely busy. So I decided to wait in my car outside. After 15 minutes or so, I went in to get my order. I was told “we called your name a thousand times and we threw away your food. You gonna have to wait”. The manager down to the workers were filled with terrible attitudes. The female manager put her finger up at me as I was giving her the details of my order. Very rude. I just asked for a refund. They offered to give me the food for free but by that time I was beyond fixing the problem. That entire staff needs to be replaced. If they don’t like serving & interacting with the public, then get another job. It’s not my fault they made bad choices in life and they’re not happy doing their jobs.

Hands down, the worst run establishment in Hinesville. No wait is ever less than 30 minutes, most of the time the majority of the employees are out in the parking lot smoking. Drive thru employees have attitudes and you get whatever they feel like giving you cause your order is never right. Burger didn't have a bottom bun and there were 6 fries in container that was just thrown in. Gotta love it. Lol

I would give 5 stars, but the attitudes for nothing are a bit much. I love the food, the prices are workable, but if you're passing the food to someone and the customer says thank you or hello, and you can't speak for anything, it makes the experience not so pleasant. I understand that if there is an issue internally, but at least acknowledge the customer especially if the customer didn't give you a reason to be upset. Thank you.

If you are expecting to use the app on your phone to pay for this meal. It won't happen here. Well at least at the time I ate here and the cashier that served me. She clearly stated that she didn't know how that operates which shows signs of unprofessionalism from the leadership down to their employees. The food was warm and good so I couldn't knock that but the lobby was pretty dirty at the beginning of the lunch rush which gotten me to think how long it was dirty. Recommend to try at your own risk!!!

Wendy’s alway has great food. I’m actually disappointed I’m the fact that this particular store is open until 1am but closes the lobby. I understand not taking orders within the lobby but at least accept orders from the app, they are prepaid and just have the lobby open for them and Uber eats and door dash. Now you have. A 15 car line at 1030 at night.

I have been in the food industry for over 10 yrs. I’ve been a assistant manager and would never let my team treat guest the way they do here. The management is just as rude!!!!!!!! They have the absolute nastiest attitude!! The customer service is honestly at a negative 100 at this point. They constantly mess up your orders and then treat you like it’s your fault when you come to get the right item. I definitely won’t be coming back to the hinesville location. the manager doesn’t apologize when it’s their mistake. …..Very unprofessional….now because they gave me a burger instead of the chicken I ordered I had to wait even longer for them to cook the chicken bc they didn’t have any. mine and my gfs food is cold now and our frosty’s half melted. Got home just to bite into my chicken sandwich I waited on for 7 minutes thinking I was waiting on a fresh patty just to bite into it and it be cold had to put that and my fries in the air fryer just to be able to enjoy my meal. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
