Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Greencastle

The staff are very rude and the food was cold! When they messed our order up they wanted to argue with us instead of just making it right so we ended up getting charged twice!

The owner or manager should check this place for cleanliness. The counter where you order was dirty with food smudges. I told the woman at the counter it was dirty and her reply was “we’ve been busy”. There was only myself and my friend and one other person in the restaurant! Went to the beverage center and there was no tea, and that counter was simply swimming in liquid, nowhere to set my cup without it getting into any smudged. Looked for a clean table and saw a few. Someone needs to do some cleaning during business hours. It all starts with someone whom cares. Food is good but not impressed with the cleanliness.

My baked potato is pretty dry and tasted rotten. I wasn't even given any butter with it. Very unhappy about that. On the go so I didn't have time to get it fixed. My daughter thought the chili was pretty great though The blueberry pomegranate lemonade was good. Other than that we got a couple of frosties which I mean it's chocolate ice cream. Can you go wrong with chocolate ice cream? They were served without the lids on all the way and ice cream spilling out of one of them. We were not given the receipt. Only received one napkin and no straws for the frosties. They were quick and efficient getting the order out though.

I got the biggy bag with the double burger , nuggets and fries, with a drink . The food was good. Great employee's. Clean place I should have taken more pictures.

Wendy's. In Greencastle Indiana was filthy...All the tables were gross the pop center was disgusting as well as the ketchup area also there was no ketchup in the dispenser..I would have understood it if they were busy but no one was in there ...also the bathrooms were gross... it's too bad to let a restaurant go like this..No we absolutely won't be back..

Got the wrong sandwich, told them I wanted hot coffee! You can get hotter coffee out of the water faucet. The coffee has been an ongoing issue, ordered sausage and got Bacon. This place has constantly been going down hill for several months now.

Ordered through the app. Service was fast as well as the food. Order was correct, no complaints here.

If you ask for a bun-less burger you think they'd give ya silverware, but apparently you need to make sure to ask. Food was hot and delicious though!
