Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Greeley

Lunch for three, we all enjoyed it. Did receive some sort of iced coffee drink instead of the Frosty we ordered. The counter person said twice that it was a Frosty but it turned out not to be so.

Found a bug in my salad, wasn’t able to catch it before I bit into it, I know the factory is probably at fault but the manager didn’t really care and or didn’t seem shocked that I came & showed her a bug, to ask for my money back.

I ordered a plain Baconator at 8:39 pm on 5/12/23 and they didn’t put any bacon on it, just cheese. Ruined my night :(

Middle aged woman on the drive thru rang me up for the wrong food, she didn’t read the order back which should’ve been the first sign- but I don’t know how you confuse a 10 pc nugget with a large fry and medium sprite with a double cheeseburger and a small fry and large sprite but somehow she did. Went to pay with some cash and tap pay, and she proceeds to tell me the tap is broken (I picked up food yesterday for my family and it was working) and tries handing me back the cash when i gave her the card as well. The incorrect food we received was also cold after the 5 minute drive home.

After waiting for a missing shake we get home to a missing burger. Called to correct just to be answered by a young lady that was argumentive. Uhmmm y'all made the mistake. Customer service needs some revising and maybe a little coaching

This is literally the best Wendys this side of the Mississippi. Always polite and professional. Food is always hot and fresh. And very fast service. Like scary fast

drive thru lady did not ask about a combo, just made it one. nuggets had clearly been sitting for at least an hour. gave me a plain burger when I asked for extra stuff on it. when I called to complain I was told "well you got all your stuff, what do you want?" I want my food to be what I ordered and not $20 for a burger and a 4pc

If I can give this place, zero stars, I would ridiculous gave me a food that was cold fries that were cold. You can tell that obviously that the meat have been there more than three hours. Then the manager couldn’t even acknowledge or apologize just gave me my money back. Ridiculous customer service.
