Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Great Falls

Great experience here today! It was extremely busy with it being Friday and during the lunch rush, but I scheduled my order through the app, and it was ready when I arrived. The food was delicious, the staff were helpful and courteous, and the dining area was well tended to. Thank you for a pleasant lunch.

Wendy's remains the best value for our family of six. This location had great service and nailed our large order on the first try. Nowhere else can I feed my wife and four kids for $25. Wendy's rocks!

I had a wonderful experience dining at Wendy's. The food was delicious and made with quality ingredients. The staff members were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend Wendy's for a satisfying fast-food experience.

Very disappointed 😞 I ordered the summer strawberry salad through the drive through window. When I got home I found it didn't have any grilled chicken or the 3 cheese blend it was suppose to be on it. This was at the Wendy's on 10th Ave So, in Great Falls, Montana. This was ordered at approximately 9:30 on Tuesday night 8/30/23. It wasn't that busy. I tried calling the store but the phone was continuously busy, which, means it was taken off the hook. I'm an elderly lady on oxygen, so it was more trouble than it was worth to go all the way back to get it corrected. I order from this Wendy's all the time and have never had this problem before, so my advice is to not order the salads. Stick with the burgers, chili and potatoes.

The food was ok , half the order was missing , the baconator fries where like 10 French fries with 2 full strips of whole bacon and cheese thrown on top. Very disappointed with this. The kid on the drive through sounded like he was just over his job for the day and was very curt and blas'e about taking the order. The girl that handed us our food was pleasant and upbeat. Over all I have been pretty disappointed with the service and order accuracy the last 2 times I've been to Wendy's. But on the plus side the chili was good as always....

Ima start this off by saying for the past few months we haven’t gone out to eat. Tonight I had a late appointment & once I was done I was starving. Well….. I decided to go to Wendy’s. I have NEVER experienced worse customer service!!!! Wendy’s in Great Falls Montana get your ish together. As I’m ordering the guy is RUDE cuts me off after everything I say. The teenager working the first window was rude & the old lady at the final window was rude as well. She basically throws my food at me & when I tell her I had frosty(S) she rudely tells me to hold on. Comes back with one. I calmly tell her I ordered two. She rudely says well you paid for one & I can’t do anything for you at this window. MAYBE if the guy wasn’t cutting me off & rushing he would’ve heard TWO frostys. P.S. your queso fries absolutely SUCK!

It was late afternoon and the floor was sticky from a spilled drink. A spilled drink around the napkins, straws. Tables were not wiped off. Other than it being a sticky mess. The counter gal was super friendly and food was ok.

My mom, who has Alzheimer's, loves their burgers. They are very kind and often bring the food to us while I am setting my mom into her chair. The usual staff remember us.
