Standard fast food quality, expected from Wendy's. Location is ok. Staff were a little rude and seemed miserable. Dining room was okay. All of the trash cans were completely overflowing. And they weren't even busy. There was only two other customers in the dining room. And at least six employees. I saw an employee walk past the overflowing trash three times and look at it and shake her head. I could hear them talking when I first arrived and they were chatting about a coworker who was in the bathroom. Where I was seated I could see the counter, kitchen and restrooms the entire time I was there. The employee didn't exit the bathroom until I was leaving, so about twenty minutes had passed. That was a bit disheartening.

I ordered the asiago chicken sandwich (none spicy I even specifically told them). I took one bite out of it and I could tell it was spicy. I asked them if they could re-make me a sandwich because it was spicy. Mike proceeds to ask the cook if he made the sandwich right and the cooks said yes so then Mike stood there and argued with my husband and I saying he is not going to remake the sandwich because it’s the right sandwich. He stood there, staring at us saying he won’t remake the sandwich no matter what. So then we asked for a manager. The manager was nice as could be. When we went to leave Mike stood there making fries, staring at my husband and I the whole way out the door.

Service was super slow despite not being busy inside. Flies were present in the main seating area one landed on my burger. One employee constantly commented " I wish the power would go OUT in here" WTH 🤦‍♂️

Mobile pickup, walked in to pick it up little old lady up front was just complaining, drinks weren't ready staff is very disorganized. Store was a mess just in lobby and what you can see in kitchen is equally if not more gross. Not sure what the store owners, gm, or even supervisors are thinking need to replace management or hire people who can.

Walked in and no one was at the front counter!.Lots of young kids working Walking back and forth. No one said Hello or be with you in a moment I stood for a good 5 minutes or more! It was sad! Just wasn't no good managment! And they did that to other customers too!

I waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes and there were maybe 5 or 6 cars in front of me. My fries were cold and my frosty was melting. I won’t be going back.

Took a long time for food to come. Waited 30 minutes just for a frosty. Eventually they said they can’t make it. Didn’t offer to refund or anything. Ended up having to walk away. I like Wendy’s but won’t go back to this location.

I wanted a kids cheeseburger and the guy was yelling at me about a single or a jr. I said a kids cheeseburger, he yells again single or jr. when I got to the window, I told him I didn’t appreciate him yelling at me. He said he wasn’t. I told him he was very rude. Then he tells me they don’t have baked potatoes. They never have them. Someone always forgets to put them in. I get up to the window to get my food. There is the biggie bag abd I ordered other stuff. I asked if that was everything. I thought I was missing a single burger and the kid that is putting it in the bags says you are missing a jr cheeseburger. If you knew that,you were going to let me leave without it. You really need to get new people working there. I would never recommend this Wendy’s to anyone. It has always been horrible
