Visited the Wendy's in Galax, VA on Stuart Drive and ordered the baconator fries which cost $3.99 and look at how small and puny these fries are!! Never will I go back nor suggest this restaurant to anyone.

I ordered Wendy’s through DoorDash and the dasher said they wouldn’t make my order because the order didn’t come through. I called them. Person on the phone said that the reason they can’t supply my order is because they ran out of meat. Instead of offering something else or fixing this situation at all they say can’t you wait to order till the morning? Like this is some unprofessional type of customer service and I will be in contact with corporate.

Worst staff ever!! We waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. While waiting we noticed the fryer wasn't keeping a great temp for fries. I doubt they were good at all. I didn't get any because of thst! The girl taking our order & getting it together must have started right before we got there & hadn't really been trained. And the "manager" was just goofing off with everyone else working. I really don't know how this place stays in business.

The Manager at the gàlax Wendy's in my opinion she needs to be retrained in her duties poor customer service very crude to the customers apparently if a food order is messed up she'gets agitated really fast. I truly hope that local owners read this post

It's sad I eat at Wendy's 3 or 4 times a week. But usually on 2nd shift. Went today for lunch and Kayla was in the drive thru. I would order an item and she would say so rudely and miserably what else, I told her I understand you don't want to work there but you can't be rude to the customers. She didn't respond so we pulled up she handed us our order then she closes her window and stares at me like she wanted to murder me. I ignored her pulled out and I see her slip her hand out the window and flip me a bird. My fiance begged me to take her back but I called the store and the manager I assume answered. It wasn't Kayla but she was just as rude. She refused to give me the store number even though I told her that that her printers out of ink that's why I couldn't get it off the receipt she said she doesn't have to give it to me even if I'm a customer and hangs up. That place is a joke and me and the three people in the cat won't be back for love nor money. You don't operate a business like that. If yall hate yalls job that bad quit.

Just went thru Galax’s Wendy’s and wow what a place. I ain’t trying to judge but lord have mercy I’m not sure where they find there people. I’m honestly thinking about not eating their food. Plus at the drive thru window it was just terrible interaction. And I about road off without everything I ordered because they didn’t put it in the bag. But definitely lost my business never again I’ll drive to hillsville. maybe!

Average burger this time--but it could easily be better. The weakness, easily fixed and costing a couple more pennies total on a nearly $6 simple burger/chicken sandwich, is to actually have the sandwiches sold to the public look like the products being advertised. How? Instead of a 1/4 penny paper thin slice of tomato, provide a 2 penny worth thick cut tomato slice. Instead of 1/10 penny worth of lettuce, provide a 1 penny worth of thicker lettuce. Sell what's advertised. As it is now, the food is 20%-25% overpriced even given the current inflation. This is an insult to the patrons having to pay more than the sandwich is worth.

The cleanest Wendy's I've been to yet. Even the new one in Maryland isn't that clean. I use to work in this very one in Galax in the 90s. The people are still just as nice and friendly as the day I left.
