Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Gadsden

We ordered Dave's Triple meal and a cheese burger meal, simple Sweet tea for her, Dr. Pepper for me. That's not what we got. Now I did get my triple sandwich and that was all fine and dandy and the fries were excellent packed full. But she ordered a cheeseburger, she got a fried chicken sandwich. I got a sweet tea instead of a Dr Pepper. The atmosphere is a one star because we sat in the car and ate. The Marquee was lit up with inside open, at 6.30pm but doors were locked.

Me and my family went through the drive through on our way to the water park and we had a very rare experience. We pull up and Sunshine is at the window. She made our day! She had an upbeat personality, she was very kind and very interactive with our family. The order was perfect and the food was fresh. Our experience was one of the best we've ever had at a drive through.

Me and my friend came through drive thru and we ordered 2 of the $5 biggie bags. And we immediately parked in the parking lot. And out food was disgustingly cold. So we drove back around and when we got to the window the workers acted as if it was our fault the good was cold. Very rude and nasty attitude from the employees even the managers on duty. Managers attitude was worse than the crew members. I've worked majority of my life in the food industry and this is not how you treat your guest at all. The one employee that was so nice was Ms. Desiree. She made sure our food was hot and that we had our sauces. I hope she gets recognized for her outstanding service.

I took my mom before her bone infusion, and we both enjoyed our meal. We both had fries, 10 piece nugget, sweet tea, & a chocolate chip cookie. The food was freshly cooked. Two employees were new so it was taking longer than they both wanted but they were very kind and respectful to all their customers. I will take politeness any day. THANK YOU

Tonight we came through and Shawn was the one taking our order through the drive through. It took us a while for him to be able to take our order but he was so friendly. Apparently there were only two people working tonight and he greeted us with the biggest smile and apologized for our wait. We had a $50 order for a large family. He was so nice and assured us all of our food will be hot and fresh. He politely asked if we could pull up because other cars were lining up. He brought us our food to our car and everything was hot and fresh. All the food taste amazing and is probably the BEST Wednys experience we have had in a very long time at any Wednys restaurant. I once was a manager at Wendy's and I know how stressful it can be to be short handed. He handled it with grace, patience and with a smile and seemed to ultimately enjoy being there. If I could give the two employees 10 stars I would. He is an asset to this company and deserves a PROMOTION!!!

This is the poorest excuse for a Wendy's I have ever ran across. Food is horrible, order came out wrong,rude cashier and didn't seem to really know what she was doing. Son had to return a burger and said there was one gentleman in there that was very kindand polite. Very thankful to him for his kindness.

If i could leave leave less than one star i would, however that's not possible. We went today during lunch and ordered a nugget combo and a burger, we asked for sweet and sour as there wasn't any in the bag, sunshine handed the girl at the window 2 sweet and sour and said she can pay for it, mam there wasn't any in the bag to start with. Got back to work and the nuggets weren't in the bag, just 2 cold fries and the burger. We called and they replaced the food, upon checking the bag was FULLLLLL of sweet and sour sauce and cold nuggets, we called back and the "assistant manager" laughed so we asked for our money back she stated we would have to talk to the GM, she put her on- she refused to give us her name we told her we just wanted our money back or fix the order yet again, now we are out almost 20.00, still the wrong food and its cold. This place in an absolute joke, full of people who are more worried about their personal lives than doing their job.

Went thru the drive thru the lady had a additive, didn’t ask what we wanted to drink with our first meal and she had a sprite on there told her no sweet tea waited on our food for 5 min while she took the other car order, then handed us our food was outta sauce that we wanted & we ate our food it was cold, ordered told her I wanted my sandwich plan and it came with everything on it. Will not eat there again.
