Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Franklin Park

I can't believe I was eating this nasty chicken. Wendy's always say everything is fresh really its look fresh?

I was rold that it was the drivers fault that there was chz on my sandwich. The owner refused to take blame. Do not eat here they don't care about u and ur needs they just want to charge u for expensive stuff

Went through drive thru. Oreder nuggets. They were lukewarm. Asked for new order. Manager brought me the same nuggets back stating she cooked new ones 1 min later. She go5 mad because I asked for a refund. I told her I would pay for the drink and she asked for it back . Manager had big attitude. Will be calling corporate on Monday. I have my receipt . Everyone was not born yesterday.

Never going back! This place always forgets something in your order. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and 3 large fries. We were only given 3 sandwiches and 1 large fries. We had paid over $25. I understand people make mistakes in fast food, I work in it too! We had went back with our receipt and photos, only to be told it was our fault! That’s when I drew the line. I’m contacting cooperate because their professionalism and attitude does not fix their lacking work ethic. Although the Wendy’s in Schiller Park has a rude staff, they make a better sandwich and make sure everything is in there. Never coming back.

Love the fresh burgers very delicious. The loaded fries no matter what u get on them are very tasty as well as the biscuits and gravy. The taste is terrific.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with fries and an additional order of fries. Very simple yet & repeated it in the drive thru and repeated again while paying at the window since the young man looked lost (even said it in Spanish because again he looked lost). I paid and left home and arrived to find they missed my order of the large fries for which I had paid for. DISAPPOINTING - iv called several times and no one is answering

If I was only rating the food, I would give it 5 Stars, but the bathroom experience convinced me otherwise. You need a key to get in the bathroom. The staff watched me walk back there, there was no sign on the door saying I needed to ask for a key. Stood there for a couple minutes assuming someone was taking a while. The only reason I found out a key was needed was a manager went in the bathroom. If you bothered to read my rant, you know to ask for a key and you will probably have a much better experience than me.

Make sure to check if all your food is there because you go in to tell them what they forgot they look at you like your the one that messed the order up. We ordered through drive-thru they didn't give no recipient ordered a biggie bag they forgot chicken nuggets mistakes happen understandable but the lil girl had attitudes and didn't apologize that I had to come back and when i asked she said she's not because they gave us the chicken nuggets already. so why give us another one? We came back right away who would lie about 4 pieces of nuggets that's beyond me what like a dollar smh the girl was just unprofessional and ignorant.
