Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Flemingsburg

Slowest service in a Wendy's I have ever experienced. Although the food was nice and hot, the speed of service was not very good at all. I understand cooking fresh food, but waiting 15 minutes is not acceptable. Also, not certain about the hygiene practice of a certain employee that I witnessed pick their nose.

Enjoyed a late lunch at Flemingsburg, Ky, Wendy's today. Food was perfect and the service was exceptional. The sweet lady that took our order was so good to us, even bringing the food to the table so we wouldn't have to carry it. She offered to get our drinks in case we didn't want to use the automated drink machine. Much, much better experience than we had at Paris, Ky Wendy's last week.

Wendys is ok. Don't expect 5 star food. You are lucky if your meal is hot and have fresh fries! Frostys are always good! Bring back peppermint!

Great hot food. Service was a little rude. Kinda like I hate my job thing. Don't work with the public if you don't like dealing with people!!!!! But the food was hot an didn't hav to wait very long

Absolute horrid, no one at the register to take orders, had to go to the kiosk to order and then had to tell the staff I ordered at the kiosk bc they wouldn’t make my food, finally got the food and it was the wrong size and tasted like a$$

Love the $5. Biggie Bag with Crispy Chicken sandwich The best of all fast food options and the Chicken Nuggets were the Crispiest I have ever had there in Maysville! Recently had the peppermint frosty but not a fan. Still must have Fries dipped in my Frosty. Nothing better!

I’d leave no stars if I could went here 3-4 times and every time I go it’s the same thing bad customer service really rude staff food is cold or missing stuff I ordered went there the other day and got the chicken sandwich it was dry and a bit cold also went there for breakfast got a coffee it was cold asked the guy behind the counter if he could warm it up he handed it back to me like he put it in there for 5 sec also got their new chicken ranch wrap it was cold the chicken was hard enough that I had to spit it out because I thought I broke a tooth and no ranch also got nuggets and fries they were also cold and found a hair in it the lady taking my order seems like she didn’t want to take my order very rude and rushing me I will not be going back

Update 7/15/23 Still Horrible service and They serve dry biscuits and gravy And tell you that's their serving size when you confront them about it! One employee was really Rude My husband and I went to eat lunch and we put down my husband's first name when we ordered ,my husband had already sat down so I went to get the order when they called his name and the person that gave me the food said" l did not realize you were a man "(it's clear I'm not) then I answered back with "thats my husband name " and then he said "I didn't know you were a husband"..... I just got our food and walked away but that was so disrespectful and not called for and I would mention the person's name but there was no name tag on that person! If Wendy's has a person working that they know is rude or not good with customers they should put that person in the back where they are not confronting customers I will not be eating at this Wendy's anymore for the disrespect from that one employee
