I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but I haven't been satisfied the last two times I went. The first time, they gave me the wrong drink and forgot half my order. This most recent time, they gave me the wrong order all together. The lady at the window said my order to me as she handed it to me so I assumed that it was correct. Silly me. I had already driven back to work when I realized that my order was wrong and didn't have enough time on my break to go back and have them correct it. I am disappointed in this location because I do enjoy Wendy's every now and then.

My first clue should have been that the door was locked at noon, and a customer had to let me in. I went to the counter, and the breakfast menu was still up. I ordered and was given my drink, and the sodas were flat. I finally got my food and got back on the road. I started to eat, and the burgers were extremely dry. I will say that at least the fries were hot.

We ate here after church Sunday and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The dining room was closed, I'm guessing because they are short staffed. They messed up our order in multiple ways, rushed us through, and when we went to go back to get it corrected, the line was around the building, the doors were locked so we took the loss. The only reason for 3 stars is because the food was tasty.

The inside was locked. We were traveling from NC to NY and we had to make a pit stop for bathroom and food, but apparently the inside wasn't accessible because of only 2 employees were there. The lady taking our order was pleasant but hard to imagine that they closed the dining room.

When we pulled up to the drive-thru speaker there was 1 car ahead of us in the whole line. We waited almost 10 minutes for them to complete their order. We pulled in front of the speaker and waited another 5 minutes with not a word from inside. So, I opted to go inside to place the order. This was not a better option by any means. The problem wasn't that they were under staffed or packed with customers but rather just lacked the common sense to assemble an order. I had to repeat my order to the cashier 3 times and she still got it wrong, at which point I just gave up. I had to tell them while they were packing the bags what they still needed. Then they were asking about a random sandwich that apparently someone had left before getting his meal because they were taking to long per their own conversation. Can't say that was surprising. Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food restaurant but post-Covid, it's hard to find a decent location anymore, even with a full staff.

Food was cold and my wife went back in to get a refund or the food recorded. Cook was rude and said the food was fresh and hot but nowhere close. Also, people shouldn't be coughing near people's food. I don't give reviews because I appreciate people's service but this articular time they deserved a bad review.

Worst visit to a Wendy's ever. To say service was slow is an understatement. Order a salad (which is ready-made) and Son of Baconator combo. 40-minutes later learned it had to be redone because of the confusion in back preventing order from getting to customer. The staff is lost and unorganized. They locked store doors preventing other customers from coming in because staff could not cope. And there were 5 sets of customers/12 people and 1 Door Dash that was 30+ minutes late.

Went thru the drive-thru. The cashier was a very sweet jolly young man who brightened my day with a happy smile and positive attitude. My food was done quickly and fresh.
