Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Fife

This was my no lettuce, no tomato etc (aka ketchup only) burger. Once I took the extra stuff off, food wasn't bad. This was a drive-through grab, so I didn't have time to go back. *sigh*. At least they were quick 🤷‍♀️

When we got to the window and they had forgot to add my frosty onto our order, the manager just gave it to us for free! She also did the math to condense our order and make it cheaper for us so we didn't have to do the thinking ourselves. Food was awesome as well! Love this place.

I usually just come here to get Frosty's. They do have good burgers as well and they have a new soda flavor; cherry cream soda which I am addicted too . They also have an orange cream soda. The staff here are all very nice as well and this location is very pleasant to come too. I will continue to go here in the future because of their top notch staff and service!

We could have gone in to a sit down restaurant had we known the drive thru would have been so slow. My experience with Wendy’s drive thru is that even long lines go fast. We were in line for at least 20 minutes and then when we finally got to the window, they charged us for the wrong meal. We did get things straightened out. Our food was typical Wendy’s fare.

From my experience... everything offered at any Wendy's all tastes the same, if they are using products they are taught and instructed to use by corporate, corporate puts in a lot of time /money/research into it...making sure everything is consistent....what set this Wendy's apart from some of the others was hot and fresh food , quicky made to order and with a friendly smile by a top notch customer service team. From the friendly voice at the drive up window... carrying over to the cashier, and again passed on to the lovely lady at the second window. I truly felt like more a guest than a customer.

I went through the drive through tonight order a few things and while it took a lot longer than usual I was happy to wait just because I wanted the spicy chicken sandwich. Well of course I get the fires and the drink for my meal but no sandwich, so I called three separate time and the phone just kept ringing and ringing so I headed back and they had a line wrapped around the building so I walked up to the door only about 2 minutes after they close the inside and I knocked on the door holding up my receipt mouthing the words “I’m missing something” and four different people look at me and ignore me to the point the cleaning lady came to see what was wrong after I stood at the door for five minutes there is seriously something wrong with the management. I totally get being busy and taking care of your customers but I just paid 11 dollars for a meal and didn’t even get the main part of it!

Drive thru was pretty seamless and fairly quick. The order taker was patient and we got our 4 $5 Biggies and Big Bacon Classic meal, plus the 5 cookies for $5 deal. We got everything, nothing was left out.

Stopped through drive thru for a quick bite for lunch. My lunch of chicken nuggets & French fries was very disappointing. The fries were over cooked (some were in clumps causing potatoes to be raw ) to fries being burnt. My friends burger on the other hand came out good. 8-26-2022
