Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Fairborn

We just came from there this morning. We ordered 7 sandwiches for a family of 6. Only us and one more car. The “manager” took are order. He is absolutely rude, condescending, and down right disrespectful. Zero people skills. Over the speaker you could here another worker say “7? Is that the order” to which he sighed and said “that’s the order.” He scolded me on how to use Apple Pay. Btw is faster everywhere else when you use Apple Pay. Then he told us to pull up. We waited for quite a bit of time. He came out with once again ZERO people skills. Handed us our food with attitude. They are still hiring for a reason. I was going to tell my kids to apply. Nope. No one wants to work with that manager. That’s probably why you guys are still hiring. Get rid of him. Never going to this Wendy’s again.

I don’t usually rate fast food restaurants but I am this time just to highlight the vast difference between this location and the one on the other side of Fairborn. This one serves up hot fresh sandwiches and fries, and the employees are attentive and efficient. The place across town has been terrible for months now.

Food was hot and came out fast. It’s frustrating that they don’t have their inside open. We were looking forward to the pit stop after hours on the road.

The dude in drive through rude. Didn't get the right order. Fries hard and cold. Don't ever go to the in Fairborn. I should have went to McDonald's at least we know what we are getting. And got a baked potato for granddaughter.. No butter or sour cream. And hard as a rock been sitting all day. Worse customer service.

Smallest Wendy's I've ever been in. Just needed a bathroom. Womens was out of order so I stood watch while the wife used the men's. Never saw anyone. No employees, no customers.

My Order Was Wrong, the Buns Were HARD as a Rock and the Hamburgers Were So Dry That It Seemed They Were Made the Day Before and Left Under Heat Lamps! It Gets Worse EVERY TIME I Go There! Over It! Done!

I love Wendy’s!! They still have the $5 biggie bag deals and they have been sending out coupons in the mail lately. Wendy’s still tries to give people a good deal for there money and the food is always good and fresh! Sometimes getting through the drive thru can take awhile and last time they forgot the bacon on my cheeseburger but it was still delicious! I forgive you Wendy’s for forgetting my bacon last time and I will definitely be back again soon. There chili is amazing too if you never tried it!!

I got 3 single cheeseburgers, 3 medium fries. cheeseburgers were on stale buns, french fries were cold, I ask for extra ketchup & got none! Food was not good, I used to love Wendys, will never go back to this store!
