$5 big bag and a senor coffee was cheap and good. It fed two. The French fries are wonderful at Wendy's. The soda machine is high tech. Buy, it's nice because you can select, for example, cherry flavored diet coke. Bathrooms are clean as a whistle.

I ordered Diet Coke but received Dr. pepper, Dave triple missing cheese, got cold chili cheese fries with uncooked cheese, ordered 2 10-pieces nuggets 1 6-pieces and only got 20 pieces

I've been coming to this location for almost four years, and the service has declined constantly since then. This visit here will be my last one. I placed my order online about 25 minutes before arriving. After arriving, the food wasn't ready. No one acknowledged that I was standing there, or even made eye contact. After 10 minutes, someone asked if I was a certain person whose order they just finished. I responded that I wasn't, but I had been waiting for a while for a different mobile order. He said "Oh, cool," and then walked away. I then spent 10 minutes watching that same employee and two others walk around announcing how they were done working and bothering the other employees. They were goofing around, distracting, and getting food for themselves while a group of six customers (myself included) were waiting for their food that they paid for. Some of us became audibly irritated by the situation and finally, about ten minutes after that, I walked out with my food. The food was fine. Standard Wendy's. But it took 55 minutes from order to food receipt, with over half an hour waiting in-store for two burgers and some fries. As someone who has spent years in the food service industry, I know what it's like to work in a stressful, less-that-fulfilling job. However, I also understand what it means to actually do your job properly, and that involves making sure your customers are being attended. Even the slightest bit of acknowledgement and care would have gone a long way in this situation. If you like Wendy's, then I suggest that you drive a few miles to a different location to get your food. With so many places to go to get the same food, you're better off going to a location that will provide a better customer experience.

Caught the lady messing with the food and mop bucket!!!!!! Karma will get them thankfully did not eat the food nor pay for it after seeing her. Fat kid in the sweater that works the window always forgets something, also the young girl and cleaning lady be careful locking the doors early. They laugh honestly are destroying this place, it looks filthy, whole bio hazard. Do not trust this Wendy’s. So sad honestly that this is even real.

They got my order wrong TWICE 😲 in a row ! 🤯 I took it back the first time, and they switched it out with some hot and fresh food 😋 & it was almost accurate. But when I dug through the bag I realized I was still missing plenty of items, wrong sauces for the nuggets, etc. I guess I'll never get those pickles either 😢

This is one of the best wendys i have been to, the food is always hot and they are friendly here. It's a little far from me so I can't order from Doordash but whenever I'm around I buy here as the one close to home is horrible.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Every time (which means this has happened more than once) the staff is too busy chatting or chatting to customers they know. God never like a “real” Wendy’s. Poor service. Staff lazy and always too busy to help a different customer. Why do 3 people need to be talking to one? Don’t get it. Contacting manager. WORST EXPERIENCE CONSISTENTLY. Just walk the block and get Popeyes or Burger King

They gave me a single patty instead of a double, and they forgot my dipping sauce. Me and my friends all had wrong orders
