After we ordered, other customers wished us good luck because they had waited upwards or 30 minutes for their orders. We were no different. No one seemed happy to be working there. If you're looking for fast food, this isn't the place.

Order was missing 2 items & baconator fries just had strips of bacon laid on top clumped together and burger had items on that we asked not to be on it & was even rung up correctly, so that’s just laziness.

I keep hoping for better results. Expect mistakes. Ive had cold, dry, burnt, or old food. They seem to have 1 flavor of frosty ( strawberry & now pumpkin spice - no thank you). Workers look burnt out and robotic. Not above and beyond. If it closes, then i wouldnt be surprised.

Erwin Wendy’s: Ordered online so there shouldn’t have been confusion. Out of six items ordered, only two were correct, and two were totally missing. This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s location. My husband warned me not to try them due to the multiple bad experiences he’s had, and I should have listened. Do better!!!

One of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've been twice in the last month, once in the drive through and another dining inside. The drive through experience was horrible, I ordered a simple crispy chicken sandwich meal and the fried chicken was burnt black on one side. I had already driven away a fair distance and I couldn't go back by the time I took a bite and ate burnt chicken. The dine in experience was similar, I went in and ordered a cheeseburger meal. I bit into it as soon as I got it and the patty was very cold. I tried to get another burger made but there were too many customers in front of me, so I walked out. With fast food prices rising, go somewhere else for better quality. Skip this Wendy's.

Dining room flies harassing me, food all over the floors tables corners etc, drinks dried all over counter top someone spilled they let sit, like alot of it.. no ice she said in lobby, when I went to counter to order the girl was rude and snapped at me to answer her when I lit just walked up a sec and started to view the menu then she had an attitude during my order and neglected to give me a drink cup I had to ask for one and she looked offended that I asked. I'm sorry what has happened in this world that we've come to this? I worked all day and just wanted some food to end my day. I won't be back to this location and I live close to commute. No thank you. Food quality was gross as well, she gave me u salted cold fries ????? Does Wendy's not salt?

Worst Wendy's ever! Twice now they have run completely out of salads at lunch time!! Between 12 noon and 12:30pm, you should have enough salads, lunch has only started approximately 2 hours previously. This is the only Wendy's I've ever encountered this issue. I do not recommend this location. Horrible service!!! I would give ZERO STARS, if I could!!!!!

Today, I stopped at Wendy's on my lunch break. I did not have many minutes, so I ordered chili. After I ordered the chili, another customer approached the counter and asked for a spoon. The cashier said, "We are out of spoons." Puzzled, I asked, "How am I supposed to eat a bowl of chili?" The cashier pointed to the table where the spoons are usually stored. When I received my chili, I found a fork in the bin beside the empty spoon bin. So, I improvised until the chili was cool enough to drink. Maybe we should begin traveling with spare eating utensils. The post-pandemic world is different. Supply chains are still weak.
