Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Erlanger

Great new look on the inside. They’ve really up’ed their speed and kindness from their previous years. Very good food I’d say best fast food restaurant around other than skyline of course!

I had to wait over 30 mins at a counter the manager just let us wait then kicks us out cause he is short staff and has 6 people in the drive thru worrryin nothing about front. There was 15 people up front waiting to be waited on and he didmt care he kicked us all out and locks the doors He had 6 people in there 2 on speaker area and 3 1 doing sandwhiches one on frys and another just in the back doing nothin This manger is rude as hell U dont sit there and kick people out cause ur short staff .

Stopped here for a quick bite on a Sunday after church. A couple cars ahead of me, went quickly. Food was hot and fresh. Cashier had some trouble applying my coupon, and couldn't understand that my total hadn't changed after she thought she'd applied it, but was very polite while we figured it all out. Their parking lot/driveway into the parking lot is horrible. Huge pot holes.

New wendys. Love the openness of the dining room. Very quick and super sweet workers. Always fresh food and fast! Give this fast food restaurant 100%... which is hard for me! Always on point and I see if their is a mistake, it is quickly solved with care! Team is always working well together. Super clean and even restrooms had lovely smell. Has highchairs, so is ready for the whole family!

Got a mobile order and then added another one when I went through the drive through. They got my orders mixed and the lady at the drive through was so disrespectful to both me and the other coworkers. She was white with a lip piercing and blonde hair. I went to grab my drink and she pulled it away! Terrible customer service made up by good food.

Now open, underwent a modern remodel. Usually never have an issue with them. What made me happy as a customer is that on one occasion, they didn't give me a small chili I'd ordered, and I simply didn't feel like going back for it. So the next week I was there and asked about it, and they gave me the chili, no questions asked. I mean, I had the receipt ready to go and what not, but I thought that was awesome customer service.

Breakfast is good! Biscuits and gravy, chicken breakfast sandwich was good. Baby loved to french toast sticks

Update, Dec 2 2022. Went to Wendy's in Erlanger tonight. Don't bother to go there. I can't believe I paid 9.49 for this "grilled chicken meal". Soggy bun, nothing else on it but a soggy grilled chicken breast and a soggy little tomato which I tossed off. I took a picture of this "meal" for proof. Unbelievable. I'll not be back.... I always love this place. They can change fries into a salad, they can change a bun into lettuce, I love this place what else is there to say?
